I ordered an item online so it would be ready for pickup so i wouldnt have to walk thru the whole store to pickup the item and not stand in a 8 person deep line because they have two cash registers going. because Im handicapped and its a burden on me... Was I Mistaken!!!... I called and asked the sales associate if they could bring the item i paid for online to the front of the store because Im handicapped and would ease my transaction.. Like they do at Home Depot Or Lowes or K-mart.. And she said they couldnt and wouldnt. I asked the reason why.. She gave me double talk and said they cant process the transaction in the front of the store for an item that is already paid for... Wal-mart has the worst possible customer service of any store I shop at.. Thanks Walmart...

Not very good. I went to the toddler section the table sign said $2.00 clearance. I grabbed a bunch of clothes went to the register and not everything rang up as $ 2.00. First they tell me it had to have a $2.00 sticker, well that wasnt true because some rang up as $2.00 that didnt have a sticker. Then they tell me that one side of the table is $2.00 and the otherside is 3.88. Thats very misleading. I consider that false advertising. I didnt mind paying $3.88, it was the point of the sign saying $2.00.

I love what they have done with the renovations. But the one thing I want renovated is the employees attitudes. I cant say its a certain person or department. You will have one or two good employees, that help you find what you are looking for. Then you have the rest of the store that doesnt care about anything. The employees need to be retrained on customer service and smile more. Its not that hard.

Ive been going here at this very location for almost 7 years. I honestly can say its the worst place to go to. Everyone here always has an attitude or just so miserable 50% of the staff barely know where anything is or better yet dont want to help you. Id rather do the one on oak street in Brockton although I dont live there anymore. I hope they re-evaluate their service

Nothing really sets this Walmart apart from the rest. Good prices and a clean store, but some of the items on my list for a little more difficult to find. For example, I would have thought a toilet brush would have been in the bathroom aisle with the bath mats and hand soap dispensers. Instead, I found it with the brooms and dustpans.

Not always stocked well and even though they have monitors...people still open products sample and reseal some things I just will not buy there Shampoo Conditioner Body or hand lotion Or any other thing considered person that can be open I WILL NOT BUY BECAUSE TO MANY PEOPLE OPEN THESE PRODUCTS SAMPLE AND RESEAL... UNSANITARY

went to customer service - "service" was non existent and we were told to do it ourselves on our phone (asking if a tv they did not have in stock there could be found at another store) - problem was we did that already and had been told THEY HAD IT, which they did not. Thanks for nothing

The walmart in Abington ma. is much better stocked than those in Brockton and Avon plus they respect their customers more having no need for facial recognition cameras to greet you and look up your nose, and enter you into their data base when you enter the store.

Products are not labeled with price cant tell if price is same as on shelf have gone home and found different prices are much higher than on shelf. Vitimans ring up higher than shelf prices on average will be surprised if I shop at walmart again.

Its a great place to get a lot of our to do list accomplished. Where else can you get the products to clean my house, finish my yardwork, and prepare dinner?! Great low prices, but the quality suffers a little. Still a good place to shop around.

It was a very ugly visit. A Master card issued to me by walmart which I have used on many occasions couldnt get an approval and was asking me for pin. This created a long line. Please remove the use of pin on ur master card Thanks

Woman working the checkout lane was very polite and friendly. Employees in aisles are excellent when I cant find an item 9 times out of 10 when I ask for help they know exactly where I should find items.

Typical Walmart experience. The younger customer service representatives were slow and uninspired. Lacked courtesy skills and appeared more interested in discussing their lives than helping a customer.

I love that it has the groceries,but some are overpriced. It appears that the rest of the store has been condensed...and clearance prices arent as low (priced) as some of the other Walmarts.

Waited at the sporting goods case for an hour. I asked 3 employees to unlock the case and called the store twice but they didnt even answer the phone. I eventually got fed up and left.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is disorganized, messy and the employees dont seem to want to help much. There are other walmarts a few miles more away, go to those ones.
