Called ( around 3:50 1/27/17 ) them to make sure if the item that says "available for pick up today" is really there ( because I know for a fact that the numbers or availability on line are inaccurate )... So I got someone and after I mentioned the name of the item ( after repeating it cause she said she could not understand me even though I said it properly ), the lady immediately said ( if I remember correctly ) "We dont have it, Im here in the department and Im not seeing it". She didnt even bother to double check and how on earth could she see all of the items in department if shes on the phone with me? She didnt even ask me for an SKU or a UPC number. I tried to say that it was available in their store online just to get her to double check it but she didnt get the hint so I said thank you and the worst thing happend, she dropped the call with out even saying anything.... I know that Walmart gets deliveries everyday and unloading starts in between 2 to 4... I know that sometimes, some of their associates or managers DO NOT bin items properly or DO NOT put out items on time... Terrible customer service... Im gonna call again to get a manager instead.. Maybe, just maybe they can help....

I never have a bad experience going here, its a good enough store. Staff are friendly enough (although Im the type that doesnt like to be asked if I need help every 2 minutes). The food section if fairly big, I can always find what Im looking for. If you are looking for a specific brand of a certain type of product, you might be out of luck if its not a well-known/popular brand. I usually come here for makeup and I used to come here for videogames. The makeup section is okay. Its best strength is the amount of nail polish and eyeshadows and lipsticks it has. Its weakness is its lack of variety of foundation. But compared to CVS, the makeup here is cheaper, so I dont mind! Videogames here are never really on sale unless theyre like, a DECADE old or something. Just buy online if you really want a game.

I love the deals that I get. But the employees are not helpful...or knowledgeable on products that they sell. But the worst are the cashiers. I know you probably dont like being there, but at least fake it. What ever happened to greeting every guest with a smile or ask if they found everything they needed. Customer service went out the door the second they took away the big yellow smile as their logo. To get customers in your store we have to think you enjoy the fact that where there. Or well go elsewhere.

Not happy with there financial services, I went in with 3 checks to cash, They cashed 2 and declined the third. These checks were drawn from an account with over 8.5 million it it. When I asked to talk to a manager the cashier didnt know what to do. and tried to push me aside to get an other customer. When i refused to move she got a supervisor he handed me a paper with a phone number from the division of banks. I am going to file a complaint with the division of banks.

This is your standard walmart with clothing sections, shoes, groceries, house/office essentials, toys, outdoors gear, electronics, beauty products and health related products. my only complaint is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the unavailability of the staff. It seems as if employees will avoid contact to avoid helping customers, or desks in specific areas (like photo or electronics) will be left unmanned.

No wonder why they never turned Brockton into a super Walmart you can never get any help no one there seems to speak English Christmas lines where an hour long with 2 registers open this place is not worth the time luckily Target isnt to far away train your people in customer service and since they sticklers in regard to their policies Make a it a policy that your employees speak english

Definitely agree with other reviewers that something is wrong here. Understocked shelves, mis-stocked shelves, shelves that clearly hadnt been attended to in days. (Sporting goods looked like the victim of a bombing it was such a mess.) Long lines even at 9:30 at night because only a couple registers are open. Someone in Walmart management needs to check on this place.

my pickup experience was very good she offered me water and I felt like she really cared about me as a customer and my experience their. I tried to tip her but she said that we wasnt allowed to accept it. so I got her name and decided to write this review so her bosses know that she is a great employee! :) thank you Lisiana Cardoso

This isnt a super center location, so the variety of food and other products isnt as wide. The biggest negative is it seems there are never enough cashiers to meet the demand of customers looking to check out. There isnt a self check out lane here and the express check out lane usually has the longest line. Prepare to be patient.

Store is a mess but much worse the idiots that go there with kids just cut em loose. I had a young boy almost run into me while he was riding a bicycle in the store. I knocked him over to teach him a lesson. Whole store is in shambles. Should rebuild it into a Target.

This store has the WORST management ever. I went to return a TV stand for the store credit. For some reason I was denied my refund and told to call some 800 number. The manager was no help and neither was the customer service rep. Worst customer service everrrrrrr!

Horrible experience. There were 3 registers open and I counted at least 6-7 people at each with carts FULL of items. After standing in line for 15 minutes, Only 1 person had been serviced. I left my cart and went to a different Wal-Mart.

Very bad experience the customer service people who are very rude told me they wouldnt cash my check because the machine wasnt working and didnt try to use any other machines or let me speak to a manager Brockton Walmart needs revamping

Dirty, no help in the outdoor/camping area. Waited so long to get fishing license I left, and went back another time, wanted to buy a fishing knife and no one had key for knife case...unbelievably unprofessional

The assholes at the delivery bay keep screwing up my orders and keep trying to charge different prices. Also the cashiers and greeters arent very articulate and dont provide a very pleasant scene.

Its like a super Walmart. Its huge in there. It has a bigger variety of home appliances than other Walmarts around. If youre looking for blenders, microwaves, etc. definitely come here.

Pretty decent. Friendly staff. Geoceries in the middle, clothes on the left, other stuff on the right as you come inside. Its kind of secluded and far back, and theres no rear exit.
