I used to shop at this place without any problem until today when I tried to return a shower curtain I purchased yesterday. The reason I return it is the curtain is too small for my shower. I also purchased rod and hooks at the store yesterday as well and I kept those since they are OK. I brought the curtain back to the customer service. A guy, later identified himself as Mychael, opened up the whole curtain and staring at it for 2 min while saying "THIS IS DISGUSTING" with a facial expression. I am sorry that it is raining outside and a few drops of rain may get onto the curtain. But I am also looking at the curtain while he opens it up and staring at it and there is nothing noticeable from my view. Of course, it is possible that there are a few drops of water due to the rain. I told him that I am upset that he said that. He replied: "IT IS DISGUSTING". I told him that you should give it back to me instead of insulting a customer like that. He said: "I said it to myself, I apologize if you overheard it. I am returning it for you anyway." Well, that says it all. I stopped arguing and asked for his name so I can complain the right person. Well, I am sure I will never see you again.

I had a very bad experience trying to return a pair of pants that I wore for one day. (I didnt run a marathon in them) I had the receipt. They fell apart at the seams and were loose fitting pants. Black Dockers. I paid $16.99 for them. I had also purchased pair of beige pants for $12.99 which I wore to the store and am happy with. They told me that I couldnt return the black pair because they were well worn and that they couldnt resell them? Well of course, they were defective. I left because I wasnt getting anywhere. I came back in and asked for the corporate number. I was given that. They ended up refunding $12.99 which was less than I paid for the pants. I had sworn that I had paid $16.99 for them but maybe I was mistaken? I hadnt noticed until I went home and checked the numbers with the tags which I kept separate that I was right. After my experience and attitude that I had experienced I just didnt want to go back. I was told that they never had any experience with pants falling apart. Well, it was a first for me as well.

A Private User

This is a smaller store than usual, but it does try to have a representative amount of merchandise in each department. It is clean, attractively set up, well maintained, and the folks up front are friendly and helpful. Ive been there a lot (sept 2011) and always score a few nice things. The large ladies department is so tiny as to be almost nonexistent, but everything else you're used to finding is skillfully tucked into this space, just with less depth of merchandise per section than their bigger stores. It's a pleasant experience and a godsend for the area, and I'm glad the chain was able to squirts a small store into this area. Highly recommend.

As an Asian who used to live in Tokyo and some big cities in Indonesia, I consider this place as super cheap! A medium size Steve Madden suitcase is around usd 60, and MK sling bag medium size is also around usd 90. T.J. Maxx sells really cheap and good stuff!

I have never been asked if I needed help on the floor any time I have been here over the course of the last four years. Otherwise, pretty standard T.J. Maxx. Its always at least a bit busy, and they are never caught up on fixing shelves.

This particular T.J. Maxx does not have the best selection for womens clothing. I had a difficult time finding business attire. However, they do have a pretty big mens and home department. The store can also feel cramped at times.

I really like this location. Its small but the staff is superb and always so friendly. I am addicted to interior decorating and this place often has great stuff. You just have to search a little.Good hours as well.

Shopping at TJM is like treasure hunt sometimes. I dont generally buy clothing at TJM, but some of its household goods are far cheaper (and of good quality) than any place I can find, including all online options.

Its a decent T.J.Maxx, but the two or three times Ive been in there they didnt have what I was looking for. I know its always a crapshoot with this type of store so thats okay, its just not anything spectacular.

You may not always find exactly what you are looking for but you will not leave without making at least one purchase and they are good for having "finds" that you will not find anywhere else.

Pretty well organized, clean store with a dedicated parking lot and good selection. Aisles can be a little narrow if youre just browsing and the carts, if you use them, are loud and clanky

Its OK have nice deals on very good clothing and other things. My only thing is that they moved e clothing around to fast a shirt the other night came back to buy another and it was gone

You can buy clothes here if you want to. I think morally, buying used clothes is a great idea because a lot of clothing made in other country exploits cu ild labor

Pretty decent TJs, not overstocked, but also had some pretty good items. Found a great deal on an electric razor. Plenty of parking and lots to look through!

If youre a guy, the selection is spotty, but in the very least, you will leave here with a cheap set of undershirts, socks, or briefs.
