Considering the store is in the middle of Downtown Crossing, it is fairly clean and well maintained. Selection is good and they generally keep the shelves well stocked. Items are often not ordered by size but that is more the customers fault than the employees. Staff is friendly enough but nothing great.

Well stocked and clean. They had so much womens TENNIS gear in their sports section. Lately most Marshalls havent had any so this was a great surprise. The fitting rooms were super full but they did a good job getting us rooms as available. Not a great mens selection. Overall would return.

This Marshalls often sells merchandise in ripped and torn packages... totally unprofessional and tacky. Many of the packages are sealed with Scotch tape. A totally scraggly and low budget kind store on Washington Street... specifically with the Supervisors and Managers.
