Dear Mr. Neary, I would like to speak out about an employee I had the pleasure of meeting today. I visited the dress department in search of a couple dresses for up coming events. A lovely , very busy woman , was more than accommodating. In fact, I was very impressed with and envious of her multi-tasking skills. Trying on at least 9 dresses she checked in with me several times . Took the ones I didnt want and brought me others. She was juggling several customers at once. I decided to buy 4 dresses to bring home and see how they matched my husbands sports jacket. ( A lovely Italian number purchased at Nordstroms last fall.) Your employee, Kris Marciano gently suggested I think about opening a Nordstroms card to take advantage of double points. She was very informative on the credit card system. I am a frequent shopper at Nordstroms , often in your shoe department and Jo Malone counter. Looking forward to my next visit. Yours very truly , Sheila Chandler

While we didnt find anything we were looking for to purchase we did lose a wallet in the ladies room just before closing. Called as we turned around from our drive home. Reached a person who went, looked, found it, and told us to call when we got back and she would bring it to the door for us. Wonderful experience (except for almost losing the wallet but alls well that ends well)!

A service experience rep at Service bar helped me today with a return. She was very friendly, personable and genuine. She engaged customers into nice small talks. That definitively helps shopping experience more human, and attracts customer to go to store instead of online shopping. Way to go Nordstrom Peabody!!

yes, poor customer service at this store and they do not seem to care. certainly does not match up with what nordstrom is supposed to be about. though i live in salem, ma and the northshore store is closest to me. i prefer burlington, ma store to shop.

Amazing customer service in the womens dress department. The manager Giselle and her employee Athena were extremely helpful. My sister in law and I cant thank them enough for all their help. Best place to shop.

Very disappointing customer service when attempting to make a return on defective clothing. Take your business to Burlington or Natick.
