Walmart is usually a good experience for me. But today my friend and I shopped at the Swansea Mall Walmart location. I went to the deli to order potato wedges. There were two girls behind the deli separator talking and I said hello nicely to let them know that I was interested in placing an order for something. One girl went into the back room the other one stood with her arms crossed and did nothing. I waited a few moments and went back and saw the girl not doing anything and I said excuse me can you please help me over here and she said to me well what do you want sarcastically. I was not happy. Her attitude sucked to put it bluntly. She took my order for a pound of potato wedges and while she was getting them out of the container they were in she stared down my friend throwing daggers at her like we had asked her to come from the other side of the building to come over to the deli and do her job. I dont understand todays young people. It seems that girls and young men around that age dont want to work. They want to get paid but they do not want to work. I think that girl needs to be spoken to by her manager and perhaps some kind of customer service training should be given to their new employees. I wont stop shopping at Walmart. You cant beat their prices. But they need to hire more mature people with good customer service skills and train them properly. Thank you

Erect a gate so the STUPID motorists who obviously dont read the truck entrance only signs will stop speeding through this end and potentially causing accidents with the delivery trucks who have to come up the NARROW entrance,this time a idiotic woman in a car comes speeding down the truck entrance/exit,has to stop because we are already turning in and is to dumb to back up and go the correct way and then has the nerve get all pissed because we are turning into OUR entrance and not letting her scrape by us so she can claim its our fault, utter BS. North Dartmouth MA Walmart has a gate just for that purpose and all walmarts that have a place to erect said gate should have it because people are first to blame truck drivers in accidents when statistics show motorists are more likely the cause because they think because trucks are big they can stop faster and that is further from the truth than anything!

If i could give them zero stars i would! Last night i went to that walmart and i was looking in the boys department for some shirts for my three year old, & on top of one of the shirts i was going to make him try on there was a bed bug, i called an associate over and she literally picked it up and threw it in the fitting room had the nerve to say " its okay, we see them all the time" i was so pissed!!! I asked for a manager and literally all he did was apologize... like i dont think they understand what ONE SIMPLE BED BUG can do to a family!! & let alone thats just sooooo gross! Also have pictures! Disrespectful,Rude,Racist. A lady working next to the dressing room today didnt not even acknowledge I was speaking to her, She didnt even look up at me after I said hello. I was standing about 8 inches away from her asking for assistance with getting baby formula.Your employees need to watch who they are rude to you dont know me but now I know you. This is not the first incident and I am sure its not the last time it will happen in your store. Just hope its not me again.

THIS WAS THE FIRST WALMART I GO TO AND THEY WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO PRICE MATCH LOWEST PRICE FROM CVS / WALLGREENS ECT. NOT ONLY THATS BUT FELT HUMILATED!!! U VE NEVER SEEN A WALMART SO RACIST IS MY LIFE!! DIDNT SEE NOT ONE HISPANIC AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT EVERYONE WOULD LOOK AS US LIKE WE WERE ALIENS!! Pathetic customer service! People are at the pharmacy because they are in need of medication. Good luck if you need anything outside of basic service. I just needed a prescription transferred because of their lack of stock....staff was useless!!!
