This is my local Target as helpful as the staff is. They layout is illogical, they are in the process of renovating and it will still be illogical. As for asking about return policies I get get conflicting information from my location Somerville and Everett, MA. Everett is polite, professional and knowledgeable. As for Somerville I asked about makeup returns, the lead for makeup said we changed our policy. I asked what it was , since there was nothing on the receipt or posted. She stated you could only exchange for the same companies items. Okay, was my reply, she then said go to Customer Service and ask, I went to Customer Service and asked. Customer Service told me to go on to the website to find out. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and told they werent available, Yeah!!! I am exchanging something today lets see what happens. I should probably say I worked in retail for many years. And, held many positions. This bs was inappropriate and unprofessional.

I shop at this target at least twice a week. I went to make a return and unable to do so where I did not bring in a photo ID (bring ID for future reference). This was not the problem, as I understand company policies. The problem came from the women at the customer service desk who delivered a rude and sarcastic attitude as I asked about other options. For Target being this big of a franchise, I am surprised they dont better train their employees on how to speak respectfully to customers.

Great Customer Service. Went in bought a new printer..came.home..glass broken on the printer ..when we opened the box. Wasnt happy and.didnt want to go through the whole.driving back and explaining and.exchanging ordeal. Dove back..showed the customer.service person.what happened and.my.receipt. They apologized and.asked.me.if.wanted.refund or.money back...I.got.another.one...checked first though and.walked.out..all.in about 5 min no.hassle.

Very clean store, and staff were always helpful when approached. This Target does not have much of a selection in terms of food items, but does stock almost everything else. Ample parking and a bus stop directly in front means easy access. It is also approximately a 15 minute walk from Lechmere station (green line). Although smaller, I think it is as good as the larger Watertown and Everett locations.

I go to this target a lot for convenience sake only since I live about 5 minutes away. It has what I need almost all of the time. Its small and easy to navigate and I can get in and out quickly. I do prefer the larger targets though with more variety. Its a little messy at times too but like I said its more for the neighborhood. Definitely glad its there but wouldnt travel far to get to this Target.

Though its a great place with the new "single gender"company policies... Can confusing and gets uncomfortable for asking m y 9 yr old daughter to use the restroom.....she thinks a stranger could come h urr her alone so we use the family room restroom.... W which is nice but p re ices differ on many things . My children never leave with out a lil something that they enjoy!

Convenient location to Cambridge and surrounding area but employees metsa metsa (generally floor people). Monica is very nice manager however and will answer questions and seems genuinely interested in customer service. Smaller than Watertown and Everett. As of this post Somerville and Everett going through renovations so call first to ask about products in stock.

Whats not to love about Target? Oh... perhaps deceptive ads, not having advertised products in stock, non-functional electronics demo displays, and poorly trained staff. This Target is perhaps the worst, but the larger stores, like Watertown, arent much better. I can remember when the AG actually enforced the "advertised products must be in stock" laws.

Excelente. Muy buena variedad de cosas, aunque no encontrarás variedad en alimentos que requieren refrigeración. Sí encontrarás todo lo demas para el hogar. ;-)

Lots of things for crafting. I bought there candles also. Will recommend for everyone to visit. Very friendly personnel. Great choice of books, of course the price is not very cheap, but most of the time books are very noticible. Ive seen there the book called The Mindset and also 7 Habbits of highly effective people. I think that is a good reading.

This Target has a very strange layout, and I am often unable to find the things I need. In addition, it is difficult to find staff to assist you and my experiences with them have not been memorable. Register lines often wind into the aisles themselves. Still a better experience than Wal-Mart, but not what I expect from Target.

As Targets go, this is an okay Target store. The locations not great, as its right by an overpass and the intersection of three major roadways, with poor sidewalks and awkward driving access to the parking lot from the street. Besides that, not as well stocked as more prime location stores.

Im used to two types of target: electronics on the left and food on the right or electronics on the right and food on the left. This target has electronics on the right and food in the back. Im not sure how this will affect your decision about whether or not to come here.

Not the biggest Target, but is clean. There is a good amount of parking and a Starbucks inside. The Everett Target not far has a larger grocery selection including wine and beer, and more furniture, but if you need anything else this one is usually good for it.

Typical Target you would find anywhere else but its a bit on the smaller side. The location is right past Union Square by 28 so in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful and I was able to find things pretty quickly given the smaller size.

The Target itself is fine, but if you park your car there and leave the parking lot at all, even if you go to the Target, theyll tow your car immediately. There are watchers who call and report to the towing company anyone who leaves the lot.

It has what i need including hair care, house cleaning products, snacks galore, i really like there products but some of the items could be priced a little lower so we can get more of somethings but other than that its my store.

I cant give this target high reviews. It is smaller than other and often missing basics that you need. The prices are ok, terrible clothing dept. It does serve your everyday cheap needs. Just dont expect much you be fine.

Its a sleepy "neighborhood" (but large) store. Theres almost always parking, and employees are generally OK. They do not have a produce section there, but do have dry groceries, beverages and cold/frozen products.

I generally enjoy shopping at Target stores. This location, however, is not as organized as other Target locations that I have been too. I was still able to find what i need and the checkout person was standard.

A decent Target in a needed location. Its clean, its well-stocked, the people range from alright to pleasant, theres a huge parking lot, it doesnt screw up the nearby traffic any more than its already screed up.

usually not very packed in the cashier area. If youre looking for somerhing, might want to look for an employee for a bit but when you do, theyre very helpful. Its close by many residential area too.

Clean store and probably the only target nearby. They have a starbucks inside and plenty of parking. Beware of going there right before school starts because they will be sold out on everything.
