Update: EVERYONE CHECK EXPIRATION DATES. Seriously Target, the only way you must be getting away with this is probably because people are too distracted by Chipotle across the street. The last 3 times I was there ALL of BOTH brands of organic eggs had expired over 3 weeks before. One pack was so damaged it had leaked and cemented the one below to the rack. Half of the cheeses are still expired (mostly Sargento). I really dont get how this is going on even since the expired food comes out with dates earlier than the unexpired ones I bought weeks before. Seriously, PLEASE fix this. Lawrence and Methuen have the lowest average household incomes in this part of the state. Stop & Shop across the street is a rip off and barely any better quality. Low to medium income people have relied on your business. Its not fair to sell them food they may not notice is expired until they get home. OK for most shopping and some decent deals. The only complaint is about the food section which often has expired food both in the refrigerated sections and the non-perishable sections. Advice: in most departments, especially beauty, health, and cleaning supplies you can find some pretty good deals especially if you check out the Cartwheel App. For food, check ALL expiration dates even things you normally wouldnt think to. For example for 6 months or so the fig newtons and tazo chai tea lattes stayed on shelves despite being expired and the sargento cheezes were also expired for several months. They all even disappeared from shelves for several weeks and then reappeared with expired products again until finally getting new products.

Horrible manager, lied multiple times about releasing NES Classic including on Black Friday. People waited in line hours to get an NES Classic and he told them they didnt have any when they did have them in stock out back. He put them out later on during the day for random people to buy instead of the people waiting in line. Also for the Hatchimal releases was giving out 2 per person when all the other stores in the area only gave out one, meaning most of the people in line were not able to get one because everyone in front got two already. Never going to this target again, going to the Salem one instead where they run the store much better.

All of the employees here speak English, unlike that store across the street. 8/10. 10/10 with rice. But seriously, this place is clean, well stocked and you can usually find what you are looking for without help. For some reason, the store seems a lot bigger than it should be, and has somewhat of a creepy vibe. It doesnt help that the store is close to empty whenever I have shopped there. Also, they have like 20 cash registers, but there are only 2 cashiers on at a time.

Needed 4 rolls of quarters. Banks were closed due to holiday. Called Walmart and Stop & Shop across the street. They said no. Shayna (so?) at Target said yes. The overall culture is much more friendly and community oriented at Target. Go Target!

Great place, good inventory, employees need some training though... Some dont know how to ring up game preorders... This should be taught to all since they provide it. But they all try hard to help and are nice so.
