Dropped off SD Card to see if the guy can find lost videos on it, if the guy was going to find anything on it he was going to call me next day by 10 am. it too him 3 days to get back to me. He found few videos totaling about 5 minutes all together out of 50 videos. retrieved the few videos with out my permission and wanted to charge me $ 200.00. Is that a ripoff or what. The guy talks and talks and talks wont let you say anything he needs to learn to communicate with his customers.

Always makes time for emergencies. They are professional kind and always do good work. No place is perfect, but after using them for over 5 years I can honestly say when ever an emergency comes up they always come through in a reasonable time frame and fix the issue.
