It can be a little nerve-racking to consider offering your computer to a repair shop, but after stopping in and discussing my computers problem with the personable owner, Tan, I felt extremely confident that I was in the right place to get my problem solved. I actually was doubtful that my laptop would be able to be repaired, there were alot of issues with the registry and it crashing. Well long story short that was about 2 years ago and I am using that computer right now and it has been working perfect every since Tan handed it back to me. He has here and there helped me with various issues, always at an INCREDIBLY fair rate. I would recommend Alfa Computer to anyone, and I do all the time.

I went to pick up my laptop after I left it at Alfa Computer for a few days so they could run some tests to figure out the problem I had. They did not figure out the problem and when I picked up my laptop there was a Youtube video open, so I went to look at my internet history and there was about 100 or so youtube videos that had been watched in the time that Alfa had my computer. Now I am left wondering if they even ran any tests to figure out the problem or just watched videos the whole time.

My laptop screen broke and rendered my computer totally useless until I could get it replaced. After some very frantic Googling, I found Alpha and decided to give them a call. Best decision I could have made. They were so nice and helpful when I brought my laptop in. Not only did they fix in an an hour...yes...1 hour, but they charged me a very reasonable price. I will be bringing them all my business from now on and I would recommend them for any and all computer related needs.

This is why you shop at the little guy. Great service! My computer died they fixed it. When my computer got old, they found me a great refurbished laptop for little money. I dont know much about computers and they calmly explain things to me, and are never condescending. It makes me happy that I found a place that I feel comfortable with, with knowledgeable people.

These guys are awesome....phenomenal service and technical support. Fast, great value for dealing with day to day PC / Laptop etc....issues. Like having your own IT department they do it all. With really good customer service. They wouldnt let me pay for a repair until I taken the laptop home and made sure the issue was fixed. Love these guys. Dean F.

A small Computer shop with friendly atmosphere, the people work here seem to have great knowledge in the Computer business and they are willing to help. I needed a part that they dont carry, but they went ahead and order it for me. I am sure Ill come back to this place again.
