My computer died while I was working on a grad paper. When he took it in and told me the hard drive was the problem I thought I had lost everything. Luckily for me he said he could just replace the hard drive and he was able to get all my stuff off of the old one. It only took a few days, I was so happy I didnt have to start over!

This place had my laptop for over a month. Charged me for parts that DID NOT fix my laptop without refund. After they said they did not know what the problem was after having it for that long I took it back. It was then fixed by a friend 3 days later. Overnight PC was no help, even though they were very nice to me.
