Chris Kenney is the reason I bought my brand new Polaris Rzr 900 Fox. I could have given my business to any dealer selling them. But Chris was super friendly, laid back, and very knowledgeable about the product line and the industry as a whole. He listened to me. Listened to my idea of what I thought I wanted and needed. He listened to what I thought I knew about the product, etc. He then asked me a few questions to gain a better idea of what type of riding I will be doing, areas and terrain I plan on riding, and what purposes other than fun I may be using my soon to be new machine. Chris did this for one reason. He wanted to ensure that he was going to help me find the machine that suited me best. Of course he could have sold me the first machine that I walked in thinking that I wanted. That would have been a quick and easy sale. But I know now that he cares not only about the current sale but also about the continued happiness and satisfaction from his customers for years to come. Through the whole transaction process Chris treated me like a brother. He never acted like I was a stranger. He made me and my wife very comfortable and we never had any doubts about the information we were given or the purchase ahead. I thank Chris for being genuine and not just another fake dealer sales manager. Plaistow Power Sports should be proud to employ someone that possesses such an enthusiasm about the industry, products he is selling, and the people that he is building relationships with. A couple of roadblocks came up during and after the sale but none that were something caused by Chris. However these issues small or not were not only dealt with fast and professional but also with a genuine caring attitude. I always say no matter where you take your business in life; restaurants, buying a new car, etc. mistakes will happen along the way. However its how the mistakes are dealt with and handled that sets that business apart from the rest. Chris Kenney (CK) has done a great job keeping Plaistow Power Sports ahead of the competition. He has stayed in touch post delivery and I update him after each new ride and adventure. I have made a new friend and its not often one can feel that comfortable but there is no reason why not. Chris sets the bar for all other dealers to follow. I will only give my business to Plaistow Power Sports and recommend all of my family and friends because of the trust that Chris instilled in me and our friendship from the moment he introduced himself to me and my wife and shook our hands. Thank you again Chris !! You didnt sell me my new RZR you helped me buy it. Also a quick thank you to Rob the head technician in service. He is a great guy and he assisted Chris in getting my machine ready fast and most importantly safe. I would only trust Rob servicing my new machine. He is a wizard at what he does and if you didnt know better you would think him and Chris are related because of their great service. 5 stars is not enough to rate Chris and PPS.

After reading all these reviews, I wasnt sure what to expect when shopping here for an ATV. I have to say, so far Ive been extremely impressed with all aspects of the business. My Sales guy (Mike Brasley) went above and beyond to find me an ATV with everything I was looking for, and actually found a leftover brand new machine still in the box in their warehouse for below the price we were willing to pay (an unbelievable deal I have to say). They got us a great low rate for financing and the paperwork was pretty easy. When I said I wanted to look at it, they brought it right up and built it. I went to see it, fell in love, gave them a down payment and the machine was ready to be picked up 2 days later. When I picked it up, they had a checklist and took the time to walk me through all the options the machine has and even gave me just about a full tank of gas to get me started. They told me to go ride it, its under warranty; if there were any bugs, they would come pick it up and take care of them. I rodeit for two days and found a few small things that needed looking at before I take it on a long ATV trip so I called them and they picked it up the next day at exactly the time they said they would (they even made a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way). Every person that Ive come into contact with so far has been courteous and friendly, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience here. Hopefully, it will continue, but for now, 5 stars guys!

Hello, This was my first time going to a dealership to actually buy a bike. I emailed them about wicked nice honda shadow I saw on their online inventory so I sent them an email asking about it. I got a response back very quickly and I got details on the bike. The next day I went into the dealership to look at the bike. Now my credit is not very good but not only did they get me approved for a loan but also for a very good rate! Other dealers quoted me 19% interest, I am not going to say what i currently pay but it is welllllll under 19%. They didnt pressure me or anything like what you would see at like a Harley davidson dealer or MOMs. Last year me and a buddy of mine went up to MOMs and so he could get a bike and the salesmen wouldnt even talk to him until he said he had a cashiers check. You can go to plaistow powersports just browsing and they will get you taken care of. The man to see is Lance, hes the man!! Also Dave is fantastic at getting you approved and can even point you in the right direction for awesome insurance!!!!. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family and everyone, season riders even beginners!. GREATEST STORE EVER! Love my new bike :)

Scary place. Good inventory, parts counter is OK but the rest of em, especially service are a bunch of know-nothing-know-it-alls. Bought a new Yamaha sled, $13,000. After a bad experience getting charged by Service for some carburetor work they didnt do on another sled (I heard of their reputation and marked the screws in a certain position and 2 of 3 were never touched) I took the new sled to another dealer for the 500 mile checkup. They found the new sled was prepped all wrong: upside down front shocks, battery cable not secured, 3 of 4 throttle-body nozzles not installed correctly, stray nut and bolt in the engine compartment, wiring harness around the headlight routed incorrectly, all stuff they had to touch as part of Dealer Prep. Dont walk away from this place - RUN!

Ill tell ya peeps, I was very happy with the experience. I shopped around quite a bit with multiple dealers and ended up here. It was well the 90 minute drive easy for my new Sportsman. The sales team responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry, followed up well, the service dept set up the machine without issues and the parts dept took good care of me on accessorizing the machine just the way I wanted. I paid less for the machine and extras than anywhere else I shopped including ebay and other online sites. {Thank you Lance (my salesman) for a great job. I truly appreciate all the work you did. Like most other people I only post a negative review so if you inspired to to go to the trouble to write a great one,your all right in my book :o }
