Terrible. Beware. I got a flat tire in the middle of the 90+ degree heat yesterday. After 2 attempts to fix it by myself I walked my bicycle into this store and asked the 4 men sitting there for help. They didnt even get up. One guy said, "Sorry, I havent worked on a bicycle since I was 15." I asked if they could help me call a cab and the same guy said, "Sorry, I dont have the number for any taxi companies." When I couldnt get an internet connection on my phone, one of them googled it for me and shouted the number at me across the room, so I could call for help by myself. Then they watched me sit on the floor for 20 minutes while I waited. There were a bunch of empty chairs around them and no one offered me one. Clearly no veterans among this group of "gentlemen". If you are a motor sports fan and have someone in your life that you would want to see treated better than this if they were stranded 10 miles from home on a blistering hot day, I recommend giving Poole Motor Sports a wide birth. If youre not a customer, youre not human.

I would normally assume a motor sports dealership would be operated by manly men. Men that would offer a glass of water and a chair to sit in and maybe a little assistance to a lady a who wanders in with a flat tire on her bicycle on a 90 degree day. Not at Poole! They were so confident in their inability to help, they wouldnt even look at it my wifes flat tire. When she asked if one of the four salesmen who were sitting around doing nothing to call a cab for, they responded that they didnt know the numbers of any cab companies. Eventually, she did manage to persuade one of them Google local taxis for her. Finally! Help is on the way. My wife has been out biking on a 90 degree day and now has to wait for a cab. Can they offer her a drink of water or even a chair to sit in? Nope. There is no decency, no chivalry, and certainly no men here at Poole, just lazy little boys and their toys.

bought my Sea-Doo from these guys a couple weeks ago. It was a good experience and absolutely no complaints good prices across the board and were honest about the products. They sell good products. The trailers are exceptional and they dont carry a lesser brand because they wont last in NE conditions and dont want to sell something that you wont be happy with. They do get busy and it was just two guys doing everything when I was there and they had to multi task but they got me out as quick as anywhere else would have will do back to again.
