The guys have excellent customer service skills down there, I have Bought three scooters I have gotten 2 big bore kits and several of my family members have also purchased parts, upgrades, etc feel free to Ask if you have any questions- The guys they are great Jerry was a huge help for me I really appreciate the phone call back the next day after my work was complete making sure I was satisfied with the work that was done on my scooter, if any minor issues at all the guys are very good about working with me, being honest with me about certain upgrades I may need but they will never try to sell you a job they are always legit with me.i and my family do all of our business with Extreme Toys I would highly recommend them and for the bad reviews I saw very surprised and Im sorry you had a bad experience here I think if you communicate any concerns u might have the guys will do anything to work with you .I will continue to go back to Extreme Toys again and again as long as they keep taking care of me I will take care of them with business! Thank you again Jerry you were a huge help

I bought a OK six weeks ago broke down had a hell of a time to find someone to help me get it to the shop now I only bought it six weeks ago and paid $750 but had to pay another 95 when I got there because they neglected to tell me before I came to pick it up there was a charge to put the bike together. Well Ive been on the phone for a few days turns out the ignition switch is gone its going to be two hours labor +135 for the ignition. Im quoted two hours labor at $65 an hour but when I first dropped off the bike they wanted an hours labor upfront so through all the conversation was going to be 300 but they never included that 65 that I put downthey wanted the hours labor upfront so the total of my bill guys $370 for an ignition switch on the six week old moped. In business whatever youve put down is to show your good for the money and it goes towards the bill not added. Im totally disgusted and Ive lost a whole night sleep over it because I cant believe people can be so crooked

Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Extreme Toyz. The crew in Dracut are truly professional, and go out of their way to keep the customer Happy. I bought a little Quad for my son at Christmas time. Luis and Chris went out of their way to make sure it was ready and i knew how to use it;. Since then I have bought 2 more Quads there. Like any mechanical object, It needs to be cared for, and young kids do not do this well, and when something goes wrong, no matter how small, its a big deal to them. When I have had issues, The staff have always taken care of ANY issues I might have had, and have had me back riding with my boys in a couple of hours. I am very happy with the service and products these guys sell, and will buy 2 more from them when my boys out grow the ones they have ! Sincerely, Harry j. Manzi

Prices are not as advertised. i was given a price of $650 for a 110 ATV when in the store, but when i went ot pick it up a few eeks later was told that was a sale price, new price is $899 which is what the website says, but the prices listed on web site are in the box, unassembled with no warranty. if you want the warranty and to have it assembled its an additonal $300 more which the website does not tell you. when you go to buy is when you find out the difference in price. so i would have been looking at a total price of $1300 for an ATV i was initially quoted at $650. shop else where, youll get a better deal. Nashua Power Sports had the exact same ATV for $795 assembled with the warranty and no sales tax!!

First had my grandsons quad fixed there, price was very fair and it has never run better. My grandson asked for a dirt bike for Christmas not being able to afford a name brand, I went to X-tremeToyZ Jerry couldnt have been more helpful. Told him what I was looking for, he recommended a bike and a couple of weeks later he called and there it was. My grandson is so happy with it road it a number of times before the snow and it was everything he wanted power, handling and it looks great. All I can say is THANKS to Jerry my grandson got what he wanted for Christmas and couldnt be more happy. I would recommend X-TremeToyZ in Dracut, Ma.to anyone. Again Thanks Jerry you made a kid really happy

I had a great experience with Xtreme Toyz and would highly recommend them. The price they gave me over the phone was the exact price I got when I went to the showroom. They have a ton of cool toys for all ages at very reasonable prices. They even discounted some gear that I bought for my son’s ATV. The ATV has been working perfectly and my son couldn’t be happier. I recently brought my nephew’s atv there for service (he didn’t purchase it from them) and they took very good care of me in the service shop. I will definitely come back here to purchase more….

Poor customer service mind you i baught a Atv for my 5year old for his birthday Not even a month or 2weeks of haven the toy it Breaks the welding the motor an the ignorance of the shop owner refuseing to fix it Chargen me 190$ to replace a item that i baught defected ! I would really LOOK an think twice before comeing here! i dnt recomend any one to purchase there items avoid the hastle shop else where . ill be taken them to small claims court an im also reporting them to the better buisness burea!

I purchased the new Zummer 50cc scooter and have been very happy with it. I wanted to get a little bit more nut out of it so they recommended I let them do a mod on it. All I can say is WOW! They turned it into a rocket with much faster take off power and top speed. I highly recommend these guys because they def know what they are doing. Great sales and service. Keep up the great work guys. I will recommend to anyone I come across that may be looking for a scooter to come see you guys !

After searching online for a fourwheeler for weeks, I came across Xtreme Toyz. I called them and ordered one yesterday, they are delivering it today:)The guys I spoke with were extremely helpful and were awesome with explaining things since i dont know much about four wheelers. The delivery guy showed me everything there is to know before he left me with this toy that i know nothing about. All I got to say is Jerry and his crew are amazing. We bought a 4 wheeler for my 10 year old son. Jerry took his time to explain to us how to size the 4 wheeler correctly and also went over all of the safety equipment we would need. needless to say I had a question about the 4 wheeler two weeks after and he was quick to reply and help with any other questions that we had. I will do all of my business with Xtreme toyz from now on. Thanks again guys!
