~4.7 stars (at the time of this writing) average review on a Euro bike dealership should speak for itself but, Im going to add to it anyways. SSC is the best dealership - car or motorcycle - I have ever worked with by a HUGE margin. Product selection, product knowledge, and customer service are all top-notch. My wife and I have purchased 4 bikes from Jim and Scott over the past several years and theyve always demonstrated superior knowledge of their product, worked out a fair deal with no pressure, and have done it all with a smile. Brenda in the back office is a joy to work with and handles financing and warranty logistics quickly and painlessly. Scott and Adam in parts/service making handling the logistics of upgrading and servicing multiple bikes a breeze and make sure its done at a fair rate. Kyle in service is not only extremely knowledgeable but, hell go out of his way to provide accessible explanations of the work done for anyone ranging from a completely "hands-off" weekend rider to the hardcore home mechanic. The selection of bikes, gear, and parts they have on-hand is the best Ive seen in the Northeast and they have a dealer loyalty program and promotions that are actually worthwhile. Plus, they run a ton of great events for riders and enthusiasts throughout the year: Demo days (and they still offer an impressive demo fleet year-round) , track day seminars, various service clinics, custom gear fitting, and even a fashion show for new gear at the end of the season! The only thing thats even a slight negative about this dealership is that service appointments will start booking several weeks out during the riding season (and they still offer first-come, first-served service for smaller jobs on Saturdays to help alleviate this). I cant fault them for this though because their shops expertise is very much in-demand - and for good reason. This is the only business Ive had any true "customer loyalty" for and I cannot say enough good things about them. If youre in New England and have even the slightest interest in fine two-wheeled machines, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

“I have had my bike in for service 3 or 4 times. The first was a seal issue the bike was 3 weeks old. The service was done but the dealership charged Full price me for my first oil change at the same time the seal was fixed. I thought it should have been maybe discounted or freee. I had a stater replaced again under Ducati, I later developed a leak at the clutch cover. I was charged for that. While that was done I asked for the Clutch to be checked, I drove the bike for 200 miles and the slave cylinder for the clutch leaked. I was charged for that seal. I was told too much fluid in the clutch res. I might be crazy but it seems to me something is not right here. I purchased the bike from Seacoast brand new right out of the crate. I told the service rep when I paid my last repair bill I was not happy and would be going else where. I had a great experience buying the bike from the sales man John Martin who is gone now to I think to a BMW dealer. If I was pampered after my first issue which I addressed with Ducati USA and Italy with maybe an extended service contract from Ducati or maybe some more empathy from SeaCoast with my oil change I might be a little less jaded with the whole ordeal

Seacoast Cycles? They are in Derry, NH. Its a 50 mile ride, which turns out to be a $180 delivery charge, for these clowns to pickup your bike from the actual Seacoast (i.e. Portsmouth, Rye, etc etc). Once they pick it up or you drop it off be ready to wait. Took them 2.5 months (76 days!!!) and $1000 for them to "fix" my 50cc scooter (that I paid $1000 for) only to find out when I got it home it wasnt fixed at all. Bogged down and wouldnt even break 25. So thats when I had these guys pick my bike back up so they could fix what they hadnt in the 2.5 months it was sitting in their shop. So another few weeks go by and nows its November and I head to the shop to give it a test run. The thing barely breaks 30 now and Im faced with a $500 bill. They tell me they "up-jetted" the thing from a 75-80 and it still doesnt run right. It did 40+ on flats before and now here I am arguing with the owner JIM the grinch, over the fact that hes "never seen a 50cc do more than 30mph." On the web site for my scooter it states itll do 39, which is pretty damn close to the 40 I was hoping it would do after being serviced by these CLOWNS. So the lesson here: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!

Jim and his team made this bike purchase a complete breeze. I walked in with an idea, they listened to that idea, they prepped the bike I would test ride, I rode it, they let me buy it. Shipped me aftermarket parts I purchased on the original purchase date free of charge, a tech even sent me a service manual PDF for my own garage library. Loved it so much Ill bring it back to them for a break in service later this month. Bike (a Moto Guzzi V7II) was properly set up and adjusted (surprisingly not an everyday occurrence for a small-production niche motorcycle dealer network). My only problems are that the oil and brake fluid seem to have been overfilled at time of prep ... not a big deal, better than a misadjusted clutch-box lever or improperly torqued bolt (yes I checked). Financing was a snap, delivery was great, staff will wait on the phone while I talk at them even though Im sure theyve got other things to do. Seriously, for your italian moto needs this is the place. Gear department looks totally rad too ... Revit dealer? I dunno, didnt look.

“I have bought two Ducatis there in the past year. I have always felt welcome and surrounded by knowledgeable personnel. I do some of my own service work and Kyle is very helpful with answering questions and explaining how to do things properly. On many occasions, he has taken the time to show me disassembled components from the shop, in order to demonstrate what he is talking about. They have an excellent selection of factory parts, accessories and clothing, right there in stock. If they dont have it, they will get it quick. I needed a slipper clutch for my 1098 and Adam had it there in less than 24 hrs. I also frequently deal with Pat, Jim, Jason, Charles and Scott, who are always accommodating and friendly . I have nothing but great things to say about Seacoast Sport Cycle.”

Stopped by on a whim and had a good initial experience looking at gear. I saw they listed a couple of used bikes a few days later and had to stop by again to take a look. They treated me extremely well regardless of whether I was being new or used and let me test ride (something most dealers wont do) . I also tried on what felt like 30 pieces of gear until I found the perfect fit. I also tried out helmets and found out my current helmet is the wrong size, I will be back to purchase at a later date. When it came time to purchase a bike and some gear they threw together a package price I couldnt refuse and didnt even want or need to haggle.
