Beautiful layout, extremely clean, incredible deals, BEST customer service Ive ever had. I just went into the food court to use the restrooms (considering it was Monday during Labor Day sales they were a very clean, very and with a constant crowd they were the most spacious restrooms Ive used during a holiday in New Hampshire) I found the customer service desk, first thing upon entering the food court and found a young girl who was every bit as pleased to point me to the large "restroom" sign despite many more customers awaiting her attention. I thanked her on the way out and she said if I needed anything to come ask anytime, so I stopped and asked for direction to Coach. I was given a map and a quick explanation followed by her friendly offer to me (the obviously new outlet shopper) the opportunity to become a VIP Outlet member and receive the exclusive coupons/discounts otherwise obtained by purchase. While assisting others, she (Paige?) gave me little guidance to input my info on an iPad with the online form for becoming a member. The entire exchange took 5 mins, without any interruption to her other duties. I was not only helped and given unique outlet discounts but I felt completely welcome and in no way as if I was a nuisance as I am so accustomed to feeling when asking for help. Her managers have done well, shes doing great, Simon has a beautiful and well kept Premium Outlet Mall and I cant imagine any customers ever find much to complain about! Oh yes! Forgot to mention! COACH HAD 50% everything!!... Only complaint is that its too bad its not in Nashua and getting on route 3 south requires a toll.

Nice outlet mall overall with great stores. Clean and well kept. Purchased from Coach, Polo, New Balance, Talbots and Vineyard Vines. Unfortunately I felt unwelcomed at Vineyard Vines. When I asked nicely to get help to grab a pair of blue kids shorts from highest shelf, the sales lady purposely put it on another table where it would be hard to reach over to grab instead of handing it to me, who was right next to her. Very subtle, intended action that was very unpleasant. I clearly got the message that she was displeased for being asked to help. What a shame as it ruins their brand image. Regret that I had purchased stuff from that store and gave them business. Otherwise, other stores had very nice sales people and were very helpful. Talbot was kind enough to let me place my shopping bags behind their counter so i could walk around the store with free hands. Many stores had significant savings -40%, -50%, buy second for 1/2 price etc., etc. Bathroom was clean. Went into foodcourt and bought salad and fruit juice. It was late and not all stores were open, but it looked like they had good selections. Would recommend others to shop there if they are headed to NH.

June 17, 2017 Dear Sir or Madam—I stopped today at the Merrimack Premium Outlets and visited several stores, including at about 5:00 PM Saks Off 5th. I looked through the menswear and found a jacket that was priced $79.99. It had been priced previously at $89.99. When I took the jacket to the register, the cashier (the receipt says her name is “Georgia”) told me that there was a mistake and that the jacket was actually $300 or $400—she wasn’t really clear on the price—due to “human error.” She asked if I wanted to buy it at that price. I don’t know what peoples’ expectations are at outlet stores, but I certainly did not expect a bait and switch. It is also annoying to spend time looking through random clearance items and then find out that the prices are not in fact the actual prices, but something altogether different. When I mentioned this to Georgia she asked if I wanted to see the paperwork. Well, I really didn’t have time for that. I think the woman was a liar anyway and I doubt that whatever “documentation” she was going to produce would have made any difference. Very sleazy. I will avoid this store in the future. Visited yesterday. Found done incredible BOGO offers on already reduced prices. For 100 bucks I got 2 pairs of sneakers and 2 packs of socks at new balance. My brother found similar deals at Timberland, Puma, Zumies, PacSun. Mom and Dad prospered at Van Heusen and Bass. Beware the food courts Buckhead Grill. Dad and bro are there and had issues within a few minutes/hours from the grease. Mom and I ate at Greenleafs. No probs with ore turkey Blat.

This place is as dry as a desert lack of brands such as adidas... And all other stores dont have most of articles posted online and for the ones they have its hard to find the sizes... I think thats because they dont have taxes so they dump all the unsold inventory there and expect you to shop online and ship it to their stores for pick up... I recommend everyone to go to Wrentham village outlets they are the best so far

It was clean and nicely designed. Normal outlet stores that you find at the other outlet malls across the country. We are from oklahoma and it had pretty much the same stores we have in okc. I would rate it higher but while there we were approach by a kid asking for money, saying he was doing a fund raisers. I didnt buy the sales pitch and looked more like begging for money from customers.

Wow.....lots of great stores. Some of the stores have true discount prices off what you can get in the regular stores but you have to look carefully. Usually the better pricing is on items that are close outs or from a past season. But if you like bargains, they are here. And its a nice outdoor type of mall for walking and window shopping. Parking is a nightmare during the holidays.

Bello, muy bello, super limpio los espacios, area para los niños jugar, muchas tiendas de un monton de marcas famosas, me encanta este lugar para compara, buenos especiales en algunas epocas.

Beautiful location and very well maintained grounds but the shopping bargains are overhyped. There are plenty of stores but the range of discounted items is limited. Most are cheaper online. Its all about an easy afternoon out and purchasing on a whim. Its a pity there arent better places to eat and drink within the outlet. Theres good choice locally. Avoid the food court.

One of my favorite places for clothes shopping. Very easy access from the highway and always plentiful parking. The layout of the outlets is easy to walk with a nice balance of sun and shade. The architecture feels very traditional New England - pedestrian friendly and well scaled. And somehow I am routinely more successful here than at the Wrentham Outlets. Great spot!

Not quite as good as Wrentham Outlets but still very good. All outdoor walking between the shops, so in the summer its nice to be outside but must be harsh in the winter up on that hill. My one complaint about these Simon Outlets is that the food courts have limited choices and are never great. My advice: eat at a nearby restaurant or pack a lunch. You have been warned!
