I really want to give this store 4 stars, but given what happened to me here recently, I feel the need to give 1 star. The store was close to closing and I was shopping when a representative approached me on the floor and asked me if Id like to sign up for a Gap Card. I told her that I already had one, but thanks. Then she told me she could upgrade my current card, and I asked is that just an increase in credit and benefits? she said yes, and that my new card would simply replace my old card, with nothing else needed from me. A month later, I noted that I had received a GapCard, to replace my Gap Visa Card, which was actually a downgrade. I logged into my old account online, and found that there was an entirely new account online, with a late fee applied (since my standard autopay was not applied). I called the credit company and asked straight for a manager. She gave me a short speech suggesting that I should not trust sales reps in the store in the future. They are not authorized to upgrade cards. I should always ask for a manager. After almost an hour on the phone, she has more or less erased this experience for me. For that, I am thankful.

hello, my experience very bad, they cloned my credit card in this store: the gap outlet Fulton Street NY and stolen about 1500 €. He had to clone the saleswoman who attended me was dark-skinned and with a little fat braids in her hair. not pay by card never there. hola, mi experiencia muy mala, me clonaron la tarjeta de credito en esta tienda: the gap outlet de la calle fulton NY y me roban unos 1500€. La debió clonar la dependienta que me atendio que era de piel oscura un poco gorda y con trenzas en el pelo. no pagar con tarjeta nunca alli.

Im not sure if anyone else has had this experience but normally when I go into this particular store the staff is friendly and attentive. Well I guess today was not the day for one of the sales girls. It wasnt that busy and this particular lady was talking to her co-worker. Now all I asked was for assistance in finding a particular size jeans and homegirl rolled her eyes like I just asked her for her liver. LORD IF EYES COULD KILL!!!! I didnt say anything as much as I wanted too but if you hate your job or are having a bad day it shouldnt be taken out on customers.

This was the first tip that the Fulton Mall was succumbing to the huge redevelopment of downtown Brooklyn. There are some great prices on the usual Gap clothes. Upstairs is where you can find really good deals on good quality Childrens clothes. Luckily upstairs has their own registers, so you dont have to stand in the huge lines that can develop on the first floor.

Great deals everywhere! Staff were helpful and efficient although most were not very friendly. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm in larger clothing stores. If you want an interactive shopping experience, try somewhere else. If youre looking for good deals on quality Gap goods, this is the place.

I wasnt impressed with the selection here. Lots of stuff that clearly didnt sell and should never have been produced in the first place. The Gap has a few good instincts but they end up making almost everything mediocre. Plus, its made in a sweatshop by children!

Omg! Went to this Gap during the week and let me just say they have some amazing sales and what was even better was I happen to have some coupons on my phone digitally that I was able to use. The lines were very fast and the cashiers were pretty awesome

Chronically slow checkout. If completely empty it might take 10 minutes. If crowded, 30. The blame isnt entirely employees, there are lots of returns, confused customers, and cash purchases. But more employees wouldnt hurt.

I love the prices here- there are always 40% off sales, but its still pricey compared to other stores. Id still say check it out and if its not your type of place there are a lot of thrift shops in the area.

Normal Gap cloths, but beware that if you buy something here you cannot return it to a normal Gap store, it must be returned to a Gap Factory store, which there arent too many.

Small and cramped store with tiny aisles. The deals are so-so but the lines are atrocious! Be prepared to wait 30 minutes+ on the lines to pay.
