Its your standard cookie cutter "factory outlet mall". That is to say, its NOTHING like the factory outlets of yesteryear that would be destinations for a trip, and where youd find closeout merchandise at crazy prices. What you have here is a bunch of stores run by brand names you recognize, featuring current season merchandise at prices somewhat lower than retail, but not as low as you can find on good sales if you are a careful shopper. OK to burn a few hours, but I would not make a detour to get here.

The factory outlets are wonderful places to shop some have better deals than others which I feel are overpriced a little scattered over several Lots but there are some really good buys at some of these upper end Outlet stores which is nice to get more for your money for the quality there are some however tucked in a monks them that their prices dont reflect outlet store prices but most of the shopping are really good values for the quality

Absolutely disappointed I have never been to an outlet mall with cash and not spent a dime. We went to 8 shops ASICS, Timberland, New Balance, Adidas, Sports Zone, Skechers, Under Armor to name a few the selection was poor the prices were marginally cheap some stores were clean others the stock was mixed in and looked like trash. The only saving grace was Stewarts because as usual even busy they gave and give the best service regardless

Good variety of stores and plenty of parking. Buildings are sprawled out in either side of a busy road that always has a ton of traffic on it, making crossing to either side tricky. That same traffic makes it tough to get to sometimes and will at times add 15-20 minutes to your trip. Not all of the buildings are next to each other and you have to walk across a parking lot and motel in order to get to other buildings.

Traffic only sucks in the summer, when tourists visit the area, In the winter time, no traffic at all, I was just there over this weekend and the last four weeks, hardly any traffic at all, and I visit here several times a year and traffic only gets hectic starting in June with the Americade, so blame Americade and tourists, oh, did I mention, this is a tourist hot spot and a Vacation Hotspot ???

This outlet mall has come a long way. Recent renovations include additional restrooms, new floors and interior facades, making it look like you are in a European village or something. Sammy Ds cafe is terrific for any meal or snack. There is a really nice variety of stores in this mall too, things that you can use every day at good prices.

This was a very good outlet mall. There were a lot of kitchen items as well as clothing like Under Armour, Timberland, LL Bean etc. They had really good sales when I was visiting the mall. Overall, the place looked really clean and nice inside and outside. Will definitely visit again.

Meh. Its okay. The mall does look very clean an organized. Gives you a vibe thats your walking through an old town with the way the mall is designed inside and how the stores are set up. Lots of outdoor clothing outlets like LL Bean, Timberland, Under Armor,etc are located here.

Lots of shops to offer, descent prices for fall season. Dont forget to grab your complementary coupon book if you are planning to shop tons. A little hard to get around because there are three complexes along one busy road and across the street are other shops.

Excellent selection of stores and merchandise - but at best average discounts and pricing for a factory outlet. You are probably going to get more value for your money at a Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Burlington Coat Factory a few miles away.

Stores are beautiful here but these arent really outlets, just regular stores with no outlet type deals (of the ones we went to) in a spread out setting. Some are indoors in a cute faux-town dome. Good shopping overall.

Great factory stores thrive in this indoor space. Parking is plenty and the restrooms are always clean. Be sure to sign up for text message sales to get the biggest discounts and latest offers.
