The J.Crew outlet was a complete rip-off. They store had signs of 50% off everything on Memorial Day (5/30/2016), and they still put in full charges. When we gave them a 20% off on the total coupon, they applied the 20% off only on three items. The cashiers were not very co-operating in explaining why this was done, and showed irritation. I understand that there were a lot of people in line, but thats what shopping is about...its about people wanting things and employees at stores meeting or paying heed to their requests and questions. Loved the Kitchen Collection outlet. Great deals on so many things important for everyday kitchen use! Also, loved the Corning-Corelle outlet. They had great deals on dinnerware pieces, and on pyrex containers. Their clearance section was awesome! Hanes had some great deals on lingerie and innerwear. Loved the deals on womens night dresses, and mens innerwear. Having the VIP card saves you more at Hanes.

I go to the outlets fairly often, its a long drive. Went to use coupons this weekend and was very disappointed when I saved the 20% off entire purchase for Carters. At checkout cashier told me I couldnt use it because I didnt spend $40. No where on the coupon was this stated!! I should have walked out of store and left things there. If they didnt want to participate like the other stores they shouldnt have. I am still upset and Im going to return my purchase. I went to customer service and they werent any help either. They said stores can have exclusions. SO AGAIN WHY PARTICIPATE IN THE COUPONS TO UPSET PEOPLE!!!!!!

I love shopping at Tanger Outlets. I wear a really small size and Ann Taylor Loft as well as J.Crew have stylish things for me to wear to work. I also love the Kitchen Outlet for all my gadgets, Pepperidge Farms for snacks for my grandchildren, Hanes for my hosiery needs, and Naturalizer, Nine West, Easy Spirit, and New Balance for footware. The staff in the management office is always so pleasant and helpful. I only wish I lived closer, but I look forward to my next visit which, hopefully, will be soon.

A great place to shop for bargains in nice weather. Plan ahead for your visit by visiting the website for the directory and best sales. If you are a frequent shopper, consider signing up for the Tanger Club ($10 onetime fee). If you like to cook or entertain or need a wedding gift, be sure to visit Williams-Sonoma. And if you like basic, no frills jeans, VF Outlet might be just what you are looking for. There is a movie theater adjacent to the mall for those family members who prefer watching to shopping.

I received an e gift card and printed the email with the info. Express could not accept the e gift card so I was told to go to the Tanger Office to get an actual gift card. The lady at the Office said she was "not equipped" to create the gift card and told me to come back the next morning. Really !!!!! Most customers do not have time to run back and forward. The Office personnel should be trained and equipped to handle this situation. Your very dissatisfied customer. Cindy

I drove one hour to go to the outlets, There are very few stores there even less than a mall and most of them are useless. Not sure why they even call it as an outlet. It is a misnomer. I have a tanger outlet membership and I am totally disappointed by the lack of stores and only one place to eat. Its a shame to even call it a mall leave alone outlet. Tanger needs to work hard to increase the number of stores if they want people to go there.

I live close by so the outlet is a great place when I need something in a hurry. The management office staff is always helpful and the grounds, bathrooms and stores kept clean. Great sales and the store clerks are pleasant - many of them have been there for a long time. I often find Clinton Crossings way over priced so being able to find quality clothing at affordable pricing at Tanger is great.

This place has gone down hill since it was originally built. I used to spend the summer in Westbrook many years ago. This was the place to shop. Now, this place is a hodge podge of awful stores that your grandmother would love to visit. The current highlight is the Pepperidge Farm outlet. Its very sad that so little quality stores are located here. Go to the Clinton outlets instead.

The customer service at all of the stores are exceptional. Unfortunately there is a great void with many vacant store fronts and minimal selection for clothing especially women. J Crew is the only above average store in the complex erefore there is a large need for more merchants. There is a selection of various stores for other type of shopping.

Pleasant to walk around, get great prices! Would like to see a pottery barn, Lenox, black & decker, more selection of stores. Generally I find better deals at the malls with sales & promos, but always get great finds here! Love shopping outdoors! A Friendlys restaurant, family centered foods....Subway would be nice for a break. S

Visited this mall again after a couple of years. They have a large Carrefour inside which is convenient. Its not a high end mall compared to other malls in the area like Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, etc but its enough to keep you busy. Lots of international brands there. M&S, Debenhams, H&M, etc. Lots of eateries too such.

The staff at New Balance outlet store is the best. I have never wear New Balance before. I walked in the store not knowing what I should be looking for. Regarding different size and style. The staff spent time explaining and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Another great Tanger shopping experience. The selection of brands was perfect for our needs. Its better to go early in the day before any tour buses arrive. Dont forget to check in at guest services for a coupon book upon arrival AND to register your receipts before you leave.

Tanger Outlet is my favorite shopping experience. The outlets available make it easy for me to find everything I need. I dont enjoy shopping, but I shop at Tanger. My wife cant believe I will join her when she goes toTanger. The mall is so clean- congratulations.

I live near this outlet and its nice to see some new stores there. Its the end of July and there were misters to help keep temperatures down which help. I wish ALL stores participated in accepting the coupons. Love shopping here, I can always find a bargain

The prices in this mall are absolutely amazing. With that being said theres very likely always going to be stores missing. And it seems like they could have a couple more popular stores there. Other than that its pretty good could use some more places to eat.
