Never going back again, and I ask my friend and my family not to go too. This is the worst shopping experience and vacation in my life. I went to Kate spade, and asked one of the sale associate to get me a new one of bag from the back, and she said thats all we having is at out side, and then later on another sale associate bring another same one out, so..... I dont know she being lazy or what. I stopped by another store, I forgot which one because it has been a while. I made this trip last year August 2015. I have Tanger Outlet membership card and it had some cash which from the reward, and it can use at any store as a gift card which tangle mall told me when I open the membership card. When I check out at at that store they told me they dont accept it and they not willing to call to the mall center find out how to process it. ( I am very sure I can use it because I used it at same store with another Tangler outlet in Maryland before) Before I am going home I stopped by the Tangler Mall customer service desk to asked them put all the receipts in my membership account. I talked to a black women, she had no customer service at all with mad face. I asked her to check the point balance, and she refused to check it, and told me go to the main office. I asked her why, she said I have to go without explaining any reasons. I told her can you call to the main office ask how to do it if you dont know how? She started not being patient and keep telling me "bye , bye, and go away". This is ridiculous, even I spend 1 $ dollar at Walmart I can get a better service!!!!! I feeling sad for this beautiful mall that they hired so many unprofessional people to make this mall looks cheap and ugly. Maybe thats the reason why mall is so quiet, you nearly see no people walk at the hallway in the weekdays. At the weekend is a little more people but still not as more as like other malls.

I always love going here because you can save so much money, and if youre a Tanger member you save even more! What I didnt realize is that when I paid the $10 fee to be a member last year that it makes you a member for life. I thought you had to pay $10 each year to stay a member. Because of this membership I received some really great coupons in the mail for 25% off an item. These were great because most things are already on sale and now youre saving even more. Especially at the Calvin Klein store(one of my favorites). The reason why Im giving a 4 star review though is because the coupons that I had were Tanger Outlet Member coupons not store coupons, but the stores that they were excepted in were on the back. Samsonite was one of the stores on the back and they told me that they would not except the coupon because the sale that they were doing was better than the coupon. Also that the Coach and Michael Kors stores were not included in the coupon was a bit upsetting. But overall this is one of my favorite places to shop. Spend the $10 and become a member for life, its worth it!

Not terribly impressed. While the shopping mall, itself, is really nice, super clean and well kept, the prices are no big deal and similar to regular store prices. No huge bargains like they lead you to believe. At least not in the stores we visited. Theres a nice selection of stores and equally nice merchandise, but the prices were relatively normal. The one thing I extremely disliked was where we entered. Never been there before, and coming into the building from the parking garage, youre forced to walk through part of the gambling area floor where the slot machines are. This area REEKED of cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting. I assume, because this is Indian reservation land, that they dont have to abide by normal no smoking regulations, which is disappointing. The entire front area of the mall stunk and was really off putting for us. I doubt wed go back again, much less recommend it to friends, sadly.

I did some serious shopping for two days while staying at Foxwood and found half the stores participated in Tanger Pink Style, 25% off any item in addition to clearance and sale. It is too bad that not all the stores participated because it would have certainly benefited their sales. My favorite store is Kate Spade, I am always finding such terrific bargains and they participate in Tanger Outlet sales of any kind, it is fantastic the deals I can walk away with! Orogold Cosmetics has to be the most annoying store to walk by. I was approached each and every time I walked by and gathered so many samples I could open up my own shop! The sales associates are aggressive and even with a no thank you, Im all set, they still demand attention. Of all the shops in Tanger Outlet, Orogold cant vacate soon enough. This is why I didnt give 5 stars, otherwise, love Tanger Outlet, Foxwood!

We had a wonderful day shopping at the Tanger Outlets yesterday. The environment was beautiful, clean, neat, and festive (it is Christmas time). A wonderful variety of stores to cater to the wants of different people in our group (older and younger people). I also appreciated that they had :rest areas all over the place to allow us to sit and rest our feet in wonderfully comfortable chairs - even had plugs to charge up the electronics. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of bag checking areas throughout the mall as we became very burdened down with our packages. When asked, we were told you could check your bags at either of the hotels, however, that is not convenient as it was a great walking distance away. Please consider this! Overall a great experience - planning our next visit soon!

Been meaning to post this for a few days, but I would like to give a shout out to Under Armour customer service! I bought a pair of running shoes from the Under Armour store in the new Foxwoods Oulet, and they started tearing already, so I brought them back, expecting a hassle.......despite the fact that it was tax free week, and the busy back to school season, my transaction was handled promptly and I even picked a replacement pair that was $10 more than the original, and while I was fully prepared to pay the difference, the manager overrode the price and said, "Oh no, its an even exchange, the other pair shouldnt have done that already!" In an era where customer service has taken a back seat in most stores, Under Armor exceeded my expectations!

Although the actual outlets and mall itself was very beautiful, I wasnt overly impressed. We went during the Powerful Pink Card promotion and it was very deceiving. The main reason we purchased one was because it said we could get $25 off of the High Rollers Lounge which is where we were planning to get dinner. However, as soon as you buy the card they hand you a list of exceptions, and you cant use it at the most locations on Saturdays, which is when we were there, and the High Rollers Lounge was one of those. There is always a catch with everything, but this was very dishonest. There was also always a reason why that card couldnt be used on certain items or combined with any other store deals, or coupons in the AAA book.
