My doors and windows for my house in 2013 were done by benson lumber. The rear slider given that understanding its a cheaper slider was put in all walked out and without a track for the screen. For three years I have tried to either have them sell me what I need to allow the screen to work or give me a price on a new door. No one will get back to me to save anyones life. The road guy came by several times a bout two years ago said what it needed and then he was a ghost. Stopped returning calls. I was just left with a screen that sits in the door frame and falls out if you push on it .The manager never called me back after speaking with him either. Now three years later still just send info to a different individual with thr tag with their name on the door for the specs . Two reach outs with no response. Being in construction I would never recommend dealing with the support from this company.

They worked on a neighbors property, they blocked me into my house (SEVERAL TIMES), they were told about the problem and continued to do so and were rude and clearly spiteful in the fact that the next day they intentionally parked in the driveway(MY PRIVATE PROPERTY) blocking me in again despite there being plenty of other parking on the clients property who they were working for (they decided to park on my property). May seem like a stupid complaint but these guys are ass holes and have terrible work ethic and attitude and zero respect for the people around the place they are working on. I guess this is typical behavior of people working in construction as they all seem to have some sense of false entitlement.

Great store! I love the home town feel and everyone has extensive knowledge when I have any sort of project. I look forward to the experience and love that they take care of their neighbors. Free popcorn is not the only reason I come in, I come in because I work down the street and they are a locally owned and run business, just like my store! I came in looking for a very specific bolt size and was pleased with the very kind service I got. The two sales reps I spoke with were polite and knew what they were doing. They wound up helping me find the correct bolt, which did work by the way, and I only paid around $2 for it.

Terrific staff, very helpful! They have nearly everything! Some items are a bit pricey but they are such a vital part of our community. I prefer to support local to Big Box stores.
