I used Home Depot to replace 15 single-paned windows. The sales rep came to the house and spent a lot of time explaining options. He was very informative and worked with me to make sure I was replacing the necessary windows, not all of them. I didnt need to replace 5 windows as they were double paned already and in good shape. I requested that all the window sills be replaced due to the carelessness of the prior owner. The installers were very professional and completed the replacements in 2 days. They fit the windows tightly and caulked it correctly. Then, they cut, sanded, and replaced the window sills. They did a fantastic job. NOTE: This process does not include painting the wood trim they put in nor the window sill. I knew this going into the project and was happy to do the painting myself. I now have solid, tinted, weather resistant double paned, full screen, easy-to-clean windows. I highly recommend Home Depot!

The worst of all the Home Depots, I am surprised they are still in business.... The price of trim boards and materials are very expensive compared to Lowes. I have been spending Approx $1000.00 a week. In this store. About 2 years ago they started calling the police to issue tickets in the contracting area to contractors they did not like. Then they started to decline any discount coupons from Loews even though they still advertise that they take competitors coupons. This store has been going down hill for the last three years. I am surprised that the managers are still there... I now go to Loews to get all my materials, I now spend about $2000.00 a week in Lowes in Salem NH. It is an extra 10 minute drive, but well worth it.

Horrible experience here. No one knows the process on how to do a phone sale? I had a guy in there for and hour and a half transferred between customer service and registers trying to figure it out. After being told several times they couldnt do it they finally figured it out. Lisa from customer service had a poor attitude and when she handed the phone off thought I couldnt here her saying things about me and not understanding. Save you time and find the nearest Lowes.

They put signs out for special buys and then leave them out way past good thru date. You go to buy and wrong price comes up. Put some of those people who do nothing but walk around, saying hi to you every few seconds, to work and clean up your act. Dont ask for help either. Youll get, uh, I dont know, or if you dont see it, I guess we dont carry it.

Pretty good Home Depot location, employees are usually friendly and helpful (it can be hard to find things). I wish theyd provide more aisle + bin numbers for items on their website only certain things seem to be listed with a physical location. I only shop here as an average homeowner (not a contractor or anything commercial).

Went in for a few things and was helped right away. The employee who helped me also was willing to ask what I needed my supplies for so he could better assist my needs. The heavy bag is still hanging in my basement after a month of being beat on with no damage to the house or supplies I bought to hang it.

Used to be a great store a year or so ago, now it sucks. Everyone there is miserable and doesnt want to help. A lot of the associates Im used to seeing are gone, replaced with 18yr olds who couldnt care less and know nothing about nothing. Makes me wish there was a lowes nearby still!

Went to Londonderry store 3 times the associate Scott was very knowledgable. Thanks to him we now have pipe repaired and everything back to normal. I would surely ask for him next plumbing problem.
