The place has had a big sign up in the front "Everything Must Go" as if they are closing the store and liquidating. I finally decided to go to this store since Ive heard people say they have great bargains on tools and they are liquidating so Im going to get some amazing deals on tools! No not the case! Turns out they are NOT liquidating as one of the associates pointed out to me. So it is a big hoax! False advertising. Classic bait and switch was was strike one! I didnt like that. Then I shopped around bought some tools and realized their prices are not that great and definitely no bargains there! About the same quality tools I could get at the other big box chain stores for about the same price! They dont even carry any name brands. I guess whats the difference everything is made in China anyways right? The tool seem to be decent quality but I dont see the point of going here to shop when I can get the same quality stuff at another store at the same prices or lower. There are no real sales, discounts or clearance items here. Its all made to think youre getting great bargains on products but the reality is youre not.

I agree with Michael. There is one nice older gentleman working there. Other than that all of the other employees are very angry. They dont want to answer questions or help in any way. They are more interested in getting your phone number and other personal information at the register. The store manager is a real piece of work. I have seen this guy interacting with customers multiple times... Always rude and borderline insulting to them. The merchandise is terrible. I have bought 4-5 power tools there in the past year, in the $20 to $150 range. All of them have broken. Try to return your broken tool within the stated return period... See what happens. Place is a waste of time and money. Wait for a sale and get a better price and higher quality tool at any of the other tool stores all within 2 miles of this place.

First off, people claim these tools are "cheap" yes they are, but they work and they get the job done. Ive actually had my corded drill for a year now, bought it for I think 20$, left it out in the rain countless times, never fails me. Ive purchased the 1 Ton Hoist, works amazing!!! Also, many other tools, without a problem. (Other than polisher which I broke) Just bought a compressor setup their, and I couldnt believe the customer service this Indian guy gave me! Amazing, explained all the different attachments and tools I needed! Everything worked as stated and I will be shopping here for now on! A+

Isnt to big store but nice and good price. The only one thing for dont give 5 star, is because the store open late and close soon , 8am by 8 pm , major Framingham hardware store close on 10pm, lowes and home depot open 6am and close 10pm , walmart open 7am and close 10pm, target open 8am but close 11pm, so why harbor freight open 8am and close 8pm, they could close between 9pm/ 10pm .

The Indian man that works there is very kind and knowledgeable. He gives me butterflies whenever I see his face. Mark is a typical Irish dude aka badass and chill. Nick Young is the only Asian that works there. Both Matts are bald but only one is nice. Thats up for you to decide.

This place sucks! They act like you are doing them a favor by doing business with them. The guy with the indian accent that answers the phone there has the people skills of a rock. Go elsewhere if you can.

Cheap tools that get the job done. Theyre probably not going to last your entire life, but if you only need them for a few jobs this is the place to get them.
