I was extremetly disappointed after my visit today as a female customer, I expected better service. I requested assistance since no one offered to help. Initially, the two male associates seemed annoyed after I interrupted their conversation. I explained that I couldnt find a tile while showing him the serial number and item information on my phone. They recognized the item and dismissively one of them said, " yes we have those, they in the middle isle." I was confused since I had just looked in the tile section in the middle isle and I did not see it. Again, making a gesture and comment as if I had just overlooked the location of the item. At this time he reluctantly walked me to the location of the item, which by the way was no where near the tiles! Instead it was all the way on the other side of the store on a cart! Then he just pointed at them and said " these are it" looked at the numbers and name of the tile and walked away after I confirmed they were the ones I was looking for. He did not help me load the cart. I needed 4 boxes of 13x13 tiles (more than 50pounds each). Surprisingly, none of the associates in sight offered to help not even after observing how I struggled loading my cart (at least two made eye contact but ignored the situation). On my way out I had to interrupt another conversation among male employees and say can one of you put this in my car! Need I say more!

The home depot is fine, they have what you need and its convenient. However, I went in today to get a few basic things that I need for my classes at art school and the staff was very very rude to me. I asked someone a question and they gave me a look like I was a moron not to know that their plaster isnt labeled as plaster, but instead "all purpose filler" or something. Then when I went over to buy nails a man ignored about 5 people around me who obviously needed help to ask me, just a girl looking at the nails and checking the prices, if I needed help. Ive shopped in a lot of different hardware stores and built a lot of stuff and I know what I need. It made me really angry that this guy singled me out because Im a young woman. there were only white men working on the sales floor, and all the ones I interacted with were rude to me.

The store was a mess, and unorganized. I understand it can be hard sometimes to keep stuff in its place when customers constantly shift items around. None of the electrical boxes, covers, fittings, or even circuit breakers were in the right spot, and scattered throughout the entire isle. Some items were even in the wrong isle. I asked four different associates to assist me in cutting wire, and not a single person was competent, or knowledgeable enough to assist me. (Only one person paged for help) after waiting 45 min, I simply left the store, as I was running late for a job. Its very unfortunate that this is the only Depot close by to the city, as I am sure I am not the only unsatisfied customer..

Im building a chicken coop, and Steven Senna helped me in a way that made Home Depot feel like your neighborhood hardware store (weird, right?). I told Steve about the project a month ago, when I showed up today he picked up our conversation exactly where we left off. Hed been thinking about my project, had some new suggestions, and I left knowing I had bought exactly the right products.

Made a delivery at this store, And once I was allowed to back into the dock, the female receiving person had 2 guys unload my truck, And they worked hard with pallet jacks. Took over an hour when it should have taken 20 - 30 minutes with a forklift. All while she was taking her sweet time doing other things.....

This used to be my go-to spot, however, this year they cut back on hours and its left me stuck on a couple of projects. Add to that- the store management didnt update the hours online for at least a month. I go to lowes now- or since Im already waiting, just buy online.

A Private User

We went to this store for paint and to get keys made and the customer service was unbelievable. The staff was knowledgable and helped us find everything we needed to paint out new apartment. They stayed with us until we all the tools necessary to get the job done.

I just spent a half-hour loading heavy equipment while the employees stood around and played on their phones. The one employee that would actually engage me said that he does not interact with the customers, he just stocked the shelves

Southeast driveway not designed for trailers over 30 feet. Cant see any Charles St. traffic coming out Northwest driveway. Unsafe.
