Took a friend there for a laptop. She got a Dell with decent specs, Windows 10, and a carry bag for Im sure was less than $300. The guy at the counter (cant remember your name dude, sorry) was noligable, friendly took just enough time to greet, explain how they work then helped those who came in after us. They had 20 Dell laptops, all identical, and just as many HP laptops and desktops, monitors, parts, even a couple high end gaming systems. I dont know what I expected when I went in but the place was more like mini(insert boxstorename) than small storefront. I will definitely be back soon as my own PC is showing its age. Since I dont/wont ever use Windows this place is perfect. Only thing I have done with new pcs has set them up for others. Highly recommend

Now if youre an individual who is a caregiver to a disabled veteran and try to get some type of help but are ignorant to computer technology you shall get treated as an outsider looking for a handout instead of a hand of help.
