These people are dumber than a basket of rocks. They are incapable of figuring out simple tasks that home printers can accomplish with basic software. Ingenuity and job comprehension, which have antiquated in this society, are not qualities that are exemplified by the staff at this location.

Chess move back to Ventura went to Staples. Walked in trying to get simple graph paper waited 10 minutes no 1 approached could not find it went up to the cashier she pointed out an aisle and said over there I finally found what I needed and left. When did customer service get so bad

Matt was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond checking inventory/stock, not for just one section, but for several departments, and at other stores. Definitely would go back!

I just came in and paid to print and the printer was out of ink, I went far out my way to go there and the guy didnt seem to know what to do, they seemed under staffed and undertrained
