I own three cars and do all the repairs and maintenance on them, spending a considerable amount of money every year on parts. I purchased a $50 K&N air filter from here and found that it didnt make noticeable difference in performance. I tried to return it, but the employee I was dealing with would not take it back due to a slight oil mark. I told him that I would clean it but he still refused. So I ended up keeping the filter. I didnt go back to Autozone for three months because of this. But when I needed a temp sensor and they were the only ones that had one in stock, so I was forced to go back to this store. The sensor didnt work properly, ordered a different brand online, that one worked perfectly. I tried returning the Autozone sensor, but they would only give me a replacement, even though my receipt stated that any defective part would be replaced or REFUNDED within 90 days. So Autozone has made an extra $70 by refusing these returns, but has lost thousands from me since I will not give them another cent.

second time in a row im getting horrible customer service from this place! last night i was in a bit of a pinch, asked the guy if they head any metric thread brake line, he didnt even bother looking just said no (checked the website, its in stock) asked if they have brake flaring tool, also a no. Since when does AutoZone doesnt carry metric brake lines?! Prior to that, purchased a starter which lasted 2 days and left my gf stranded in the middle of the mountains with no cell phone reception, upon return, didnt even get a sorry about that or anything. also head several other unsatisfactory experiences with this store on other occasions, but not worth mentioning.

Staff here is great and have gone the extra mile for me on multiple occasions. Prices are low but you definitely get what you pay for. Double check your parts, they gave me broken ignition coil wires which ended up burning out the coil. They honored the warranty on the wires but refused to replace the coil. More an issue with AutoZone as a whole than this site, but I dont intend on returning to any AutoZone after that.

Hook two batteries in to have charged ! The evening manager was rude and arguing we me about trying to start van without full charge!! He said that low battery would not harm my starter ! I said you dont know my van already has a bad starter !! I my change my rating later after I have picked up my charged batteries!

The people there are very helpful. They assisted with finding an item and lending me a tool. They held my card while I took a couple things out to my car and let me see if they fit. I like this location and just gravitate to go in there when I need something related to my car.
