So I basically came in 3 times in one week I was trying to print a image I made to create a farm house sign the 1st time I emailed it over it was pretty busy in there & as usual there was only one girl working but any how the girl ended up telling me that she could open my image but it wasent allowing her to save it into editing so I tried sending it a different way still no luck when I tried to ask her why it was doing that or if she could suggest I try something different she simply had nothing to say & was very rude she basically said no & walked away from me to help other people while I was still talking i felt like she was just saying that cause she didnt want to deal with the hastle of trying to fix the promblem that was accuring so I left. The 2nd time was about a day later I tried to give them a second try thinking maybe it was just that one person so I emailed my image then called I spoke to a supervisor she said the image was fine & so I proceeded to explain to her the size I was trying to get & how I wanted the image flipped backwards she told me to come in & bring my board with me so they can play with it a bit to get it right so there I go I ended leaving my board there. They took my info & said they would contact me when it was done 2 days go by & nothing so i call they said oh yes its ready we were just gonna call u so now the 3rd time I go in. Its the same girl from who I left the board with so I was excited thinking oh great I can get my stuff home & get to work on my project boy was I wrong. She brought the board & the image to me & right away I told her it was wrong for one the image was not flipped 2 it was deffinatley not the size I requested so I told her she stared at her screen & then basically told me that it wasent printing in the size I needed I was like okkkkk. I asked her what were my options still trying not to get snippy or angry with her she told me to send the image again as she helped other people I took a seat to give her some time then came back to inform her its resent cause I could see she wasent going back to work on it. She went to her computer screen & up popped a pizza hut ordering page she ordered her pizza then clicked back & forth from the screen to mine right in front of me at this point I was frustrated & pissed off she printed it again to show me the biggest she could get it & it wasent going to work plus I told her again it wasent flipped she then told me she couldnt flip it so I told her to forget it & thanks for wasting my time. I will never go bck here again they are very Un professional & dont seem to know what there doing there always super busy & under staffed plus I have no clue as to why no one contacted me to let me know my board was ready & even when I called & they said it was why didnt they inform me then that they couldnt do it I wouldve completely understood picked up my stuff & tryed else where but instead I was miss informed. Wasted over an hour in the store trying to fix it after I had already left it there for 2 days all this & not to mention while she ordered pizza.

My sister took her computer into this store to remove a virus and then charged her $150 which she agreed to pay when she took it home the computer was still the same she call them and made a second trip over there. They worked on it again called her to pick it up when she got home same problem. She called them to say same problem they told her bring it back again she had enough she asked them for a refund but they said no. I call the store manger Tony and was informed he was not going to refund the money.. ***** Stay away from this store **** They do not fix computer systems right... *****

Walked in on July 3rd, and the gentleman that was the supervisor, older with grey hair,came up to us and asked us if he could help us with anything, when we were looking at the Galaxy Tabs. When we did ask him about the latest Galaxy he had no knowledge whatsoever,and told me if you get on your phone and look it up yourself you will be able to find out. Well he came up to us asking if he could help which he was no help whatsoever I felt he was there to judge me, not to help me. Very bad customer service for a supervisor

This place is great, they sell almost everything, really I wouldnt buy candy but they have it. With their laptops and PCs prices on sale beat out online prices. If you walk around you can find great clearance deals. Anything not in stock you can order online. They get busy so the employees will not walk away from their customer, be patient. The staff Ive had experience with were awesome, Amy knows the store inside and out, Linda and faith have helped me and are very pleasant.

First tine: I had something scanned, combined the documents when theyre not supposed to. Its just disappointing that I had to come back to have it fixed. Second time: I went again to have something scanned, the docs were saved in error, combined 2 dics in 1 pdf, then the girl forgot to scan the back page if the paper. Very disappointing.

Lacks in customer service. Man in the middle check out area was the rudest man Ive ever met. Everyone in there rate: POOR. Waiting in line FOREVER. Not aknowledged. Even when I asked, ignored. Today is Thursday the 14th of April. Guess I should have read the reviews before shopping here. I wont be back.

I cant even get ahold of anybody when calling . I had a simple question and was just put on hold for 10 mins. Was not ASKED to hold, just put on hold and no one answered. Ive literally called 20 times and that 1 time when I was put on hold was the only time they answered . GET NEW STAFF!!!

The employees have a lack of teamwork and they treated me badly. I felt unwelcome by the staff. My print job was not ready at the date it was due because they forgot to write all of my order down.

When going here, go on Fridays, Wednesdays, and Mondays, at afternoon. The employees treat you nicely during these hours. Other than those hours, employees are unhelpful, rude, and Moody.

I go here for printing services. The wait is ridiculously long, 30 min and more. The fact that they put up an apologetic note about it does not make the situation better

Shannon the sales rep helped me out in the printing services and was extremely rude and had an attitude along with her side comments. I do not recommend.

The staff is absolutely horrible. When asked for help they refuse. I ended up walking out of the store. I will never spend my money at this location
