We had a horrible experience at Office Depot. We came in on a Wednesday to get some wedding programs printed for a wedding the following Saturday. We were in the store for over two hours trying to get the programs to print, but the employee was having some problems getting the computer to cooperate. She called over another employee to help, and eventually the two employees decided they would need to restart the computer (a process that takes about 45 minutes). They told us to come back in the next morning and they would have the programs printed for us. We came back the next morning (Thursday) and the programs were still not printed. We interacted with the printing manager who was incredibly rude. She was treating us like we were stupid and it was our fault that the programs wouldnt print. She eventually asked us to try saving the document we needed printed in a different format and bringing it back in later. We came back later that day with the finished product and were told they would give us a call when it was time to pick them up. The next day (Friday) around noon we got a call from an employee. She told us that her manager had printed the programs and told this employee to call us and tell us they were done, and then left for the day. The employee told us she wanted to be honest with us and that they were not printed correctly, and that we should come in and take a look and see them for ourselves. We came in and the programs were done so sloppily. They werent even printed straight, but the image was tilted off to one side during printing. They were cut haphazardly and none of them matched in size. The employee who had called us was so apologetic and offered to do them again, but that was the last straw for us. I cannot believe the printing manager would wait until it was time for her to leave for the day only to shove off the responsibility of calling us (knowing we would likely be upset) onto one of her employees. She was so rude to us from the start despite us never having said a mean word to anyone, no matter how many times Office Depot let us down or messed up our order. The fact that she thought she could pawn off a sloppy printing job on us just to be mean is incredible to me. We eventually took our order to the other Office Depot on Franklin and they were completely done with our order (and had done it perfectly) in ten minutes. We will not be returning to this location and I will be sure to let everyone know how horrible the management is at this location. Rating two stars only because the two employees we worked with, Sarah and Brittany, were honest and awesome and did great at their jobs and they deserve an extra star for that.

They have some great advertised prices. Wanted a zip drive with a larger memory and the cashier was happy to track it down for me when we couldnt find it on the shelf.

We did find the printer we wanted; however it took about 15 minutes to get help from an associate.

Dont bother buying their printer warranty because they wont honor it! 80.00 down the drain....
