I have bought a Ipad air2 in this store on March 23rd and exchanged same day for different color and the store person issued a $94 staples gift card. I am trying to use that gift card on May 11th and found out that gift card is invalid or not activated, I have lost the receipt now. Below are all contact numbers i did contacted and everyone helpless. But staples gift card services were able to verify the card and told me the balance but the customer service is still says that gift card is invalid or not activated and i need to have the receipt to correct the issue, There is a huge communication gap between staples gift card services and customer services ( Its like a 2 different companies and they dont talk to each other ), It looks like this store gives the invalid gift cards without activating. I believe this is like stealing the money from the customers. Worst experience and i never visit any staples store in my life again.

This store isnt customer friendly!. I bought printer ink online, and I requested to pick it up at this store. I ordered online because I was traveling. I showed them my purchase confirmation email, but they told me there was no purchase. They said I had to pick up within 3 days or my purchase wouldnt go through. I asked if I could repurchase at the same price. They said absolutely not! At home, I checked my credit card. The purchase had been charged. I called online customer service. The rep told me the store had marked it as customer picked up. I explained the situation. He called the store, then he refunded my purchase, redid the purchase and honored the sale price, and waved shipping price (to my address this time). He was great, but that store is dreadful! He also told me that Staples Store has individual policies that arent company-wide. Thank goodness!!

Really, Really bad service!!! Went to the store to get five chairs that were on sale. Needed them in the office by Friday, went to the store on Wednesday. We dont carry 5 chairs in stock, but I can order them online for you and the will be delivered tomorrow no problem I was told. A day later I get an email that my ordered was canceled because they were out of stock and they would not honor the sale any longer. So I called and ordered different chairs and they ASSURED me that they would be delivered on Friday. Get a call a little later they they are doing a verification that I actually ordered the chairs and now they will be delayed until Monday. Canceled order and going to Office Depot like I should have done in the first place.

The staff at this store is amazing, they try their hardest to ensure everyone is welcomed and attend too, even with back to school sales gong on and tons of parents and teachers all vying for the same products, the staff ensures that they try to accommodate everyones needs including offering similar products or ideas that are out of stock due to the high demand of the back to school season. There was a item they were out of stock on, and they ordered for me and i received it the next day at my home. I highly recommend this store and staff for all business and personal needs. Thank you to all the staff.

I took an old computer in as I was pretty sure it had a virus. Victoria, the manager worked with me to determine if the computer was infected, and to help me make a decision to replace the computer. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take all the time I needed to make a good decision. She also did an annual check up on another computer, exhibiting the same great customer service. I highly recommend Staples for great tech services and excellent customer care.

I order a lot of things online and come here to pick them up. Typically my items are waiting for me but on the rare occasion when theres big items and little items it seems quite disorganized for them to collect my order for me at pickup. For the sake of convenience, Im glad this store is here. But I dont stick around to shop because the store always seems so dead and customer service is not welcoming.
