I placed an order for same day business card pick-up in-store. The cutter machine for the business cards was down. Instead of my pick-up store transferring my order to a store to be completed, my order was out right cancelled because the clerk did not reach me at the time of their call. I will never do business with Staples again and will make sure to spread the word to anyone that thinks this is a good solution for their business needs.

Great staff, incredibly helpful. Morgan (printing manager) talked me through an order online i needed to make, and couldnt because of a website glitch the previous night. She also got my order printed quickly and it looked great. The other staff i interacted with on the phone were friendly, too.

Printing department leaves something to be desired. Staff is competent but acts a little too arrogant. There are over 100 full service print shops in Las Vegas, treat your customers like they are important, they certainly have better options.

Called the store prior to arriving letting the associate know I lost my reciept he stated it was fine and I would receive store credit. I get to the store to be told I can not return staples items without a reciept. No good.

Ordered same day business cards at 8 preceding night. Not available until noon next day and no way to speed it up. Not a good choice for traveling businessmen with tight timelines.

Went in for Christmas supplies. The staff is very helpful and they had what I needed. The location seems not too busy so I find it very easy to get help with what I need.
