The staff are so friendly and personable. They allow you to order by fax, phone or online. It is easy especially for our busy office. They substitute items if what we wanted was in back order. I got what I ordered within 2 days almost everytime, only exception is when things were back ordered. I compared our prices from other places and they were by far cheaper, they refuse to be undersold so if you find it cheaper let them know and they will give you a better deal.
