Recently purchased the Program "SpectorSoft" at the recommendation of a computer sales associate. We told him what we needed it to do (view remotely) and he said it would do this. It DOES NOT!!! I called SpectorSoft they let me know, that its product was misrepresented and that Staples should apply the refund and deactivate the key. I just got off of the phone with the Staples Manager and the sales associate that sold us this useless program. They will not refund, stating "this was what I thought you wanted". I think the store would fair much better if they had sales people that knew what the hell they were selling!!!! ~One less customer

This is the 2nd time I visited this location....I was hoping it would be more organized and expedient but from the time I ordered to receiving my order a good 20 min passed. I was wondering why the barista, was pulled off her job, doing microwave food, ice, etc. When I got my egg bites they were thrown into one cup cake like cup instead of 2 separate ones. Poor presentation and prep, and service. Im sorry but this is what I found today going into the store...nothing against the place, but 1st and 2nd impressions could of been better...what if I was the secret shopper!!! I love a sbucks but seriously we can do better.

Tried to order a lap top on the phone that was sale, (not in stock) the store would not take a credit order for $347. after 20 min. I went on line and got the same unit at the same price and free shipping will have it in two days
