Im not a fan of stores that allow people to call over the phone and put things on hold. Me and my family go to this store looking for certain products to only find out people call first thing in the morning and have them placed on hold. If i can get myself and my family ready and drive to the store then so can everyone else. If this is a practice you will continue to follow then i will go else where to shop. This is bad customer service. How come other stores make you come down but this store allows you to put things on hold over the phone without being in the store? Take the store online and close your doors if that is you daily practice. For those of you who read this Marshalls is only one street over. Go there youll have more of a selection!

Typically a good selection but no urgency to help their guests check out. I have watched 3 people opt out of this line already. This is a pretty frequent occurrence when I shop here... I plan for the wait. Management, please allocate more resources to your registers. Follow up: an employee just approached me in line to ask if I wanted to save with a credit card. I asked if she could just help by opening another register. Her reply was not surprising, "well thats not my job"

Loved the selection of clothes, Im a bigger guy and they had my size in multiple styles so this was refreshing. Staff was very friendly, only reason for 4 stars instead if 5 is that it took forever to check out due to lack of registers open.

Wow! Clean, organized store with awesome selection. Not from the area.........doing a "Western TjMaxx Tour" as we visit national parks. : ) You can only look at so many mountains and trees........just saying. ; )

Nice store, good selection modern selection, and tidy for the most part. I like that the lamps can be plugged in to see the light. Its a bit on the small side compared to other stores in town.

This place is like a treasure hunt. Make sure you have plenty of time to bop through the aisles, youll be sure to walk into the checkout queue… the really long queue.

Love this store but definitely the busiest in the city! No good time to go as it seems theres always a line. Dont come if youre not prepared to wait.
