Great products, great prices, but horrible customer service. Ill shop at Hobby Lobby a couple blocks away instead. Trena J. was not only rude to a seemingly new employee on proper store policy when requiring he void and re-do my transaction but didnt bother to apologize to me either when I spent 20+ min through line and check out time with 3 young children. I would at least expect an apology for any inconvenience about the confusion on their process. Will not be returning.

I went to HomeGoods today not expecting to purchase a large piece of furniture. Not only did the Manager (Jeff) lift it into my car (trying many different ways for the best fit), he also let me barrow a blanket to cover it AND used zip ties to hold the trunk down. He was so kind and willing to help.
