I spent an hour and a half in this store tonight with my daughter which was my first experience shopping at Home Goods. I found a beautiful sign but unfortunately it was extremely damaged and they were asking $49.99 for it which was highly unreasonable due to its condition. When I called for the Manager, Troy I believe, to request a discount since it was the only one in the store like it, he looked me up and down and told me he would take off $4.00 dollars. What a joke. If I wanted to spend $50 on the sign I would go get one custom-made, which in this case now I will. Aside from the poor customer service, the entire store look like it had been ransacked by a raid and merchandise was everywhere including the floor. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting and definitely was lacking attention. I do not suggest shopping at the store if youre looking for a friendly and fun experience.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!The products in the store are great. However many items are damaged. Customer service is extremely poor. They are not there to provide a good experience and serve the customer. The assistant manager Debora is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service setting. She explained to me that she follows her own (PERSONAL) standards with regards to store policy and applying discounts to broken or damaged items. She has NO respect for customers... She is unprofessional and rude and should absolutely not be in the position to represent this store.

Very poor customer service after I checked out I noticed you could apply for a card which allows ten percent off and you can also earn points for purchasing however since the cashier already rang my stuff without letting me know about it the manager wouldnt let her fix it and give me my points or percentage off very rude manager lady

This is my go to place when I want to find a unique gift or just browse for new kitchen ware items. Its also the first place I go when family or I need bed sheets, etc. I have always received excellent service and truly enjoy the employees sense of humor....makes for a fun shopping experience

I like it - lots of useless stuff. I did find wicker laundry hamper that neighbor has wanted mere to buy. All the ones in Target are plastic or cloth. $30 And I got cute colorful hand towel for $3. Aisles are not easy to navigate, but fun to look around.

Oh, Home Goods, how I love you. This is a sincerely dangerous place. I can almost always find something in every department that I want and for a price I want to pay. I absolutely love this place.
