I SHOULD HAVE READ EARLIER REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING HERE I called their shop, and spoke with Steve, for a price quote on five items of concern. As Im not mechanically inclined I asked them to make notes on our conversation so nothing was missed. I arrived shortly thereafter and was told the diagnostic would take 45 minutes so I walked to the nearest shopping plaza (about a mile away - at 69 years of age, Im no longer a fan of walking), to have breakfast, and returned an hour later - my car was untouched. It was only after I mentioned my disappointment (to Steve) that he expressed contrition (he had my phone number & could have called). Two and a half hours after Id arrived we were going over the items. They had examined 3 out of 5 (they missed 2, thats when I asked him where were the notes on our conversations, he first said he had them elsewhere, when I asked him to produce it, he said hed entered into the computer, I asked to see them, he said he hadnt, in fact, entered them. The purpose of the notes was to avoid the very problem I was now encountering. I have every reason to believe the shop mechanics are competent, and posting integrity quotes on the wall by founder Harvey Firestone is a nice plus but if the front desk doesnt mind playing three card monte with the truth vis-a-vis their customers, thats going to trump the good name this company seeks to establish. Im sure itd be a mistake to have these folks work on my car.

Went in to get an alignment on my 2011 Camaro because I have the lifetime alignment on it and replaced the rear springs. When I asked if they had a flat roll on alignment rack because the Camaro is lowered I was told that they did not and they recommended that I go to Tire Works. I asked if there were any Firestones in the area with the flat roll on rack and was told that the Sahara store was the only one in Las Vegas. After three trips (30 minutes each way) to the Sahara store for the alignment the Saraha store manager told me that the Pecos Ridge store had the same rack as her store. I stopped by the Pecos Ridge store and spoke with the same sales person and he told me that they did have the rack but the manager did not want to perform the alignment on the Camaro because it was to low. The Camaro is only 1 inch under stock and I was told by the Sahara manager that it was not low compared to most lowered cars.

This place treated us awful! First time there was great, so we purchased the lifetime balancing on our truck tires. Went in today after the wheels were balanced incorrectly and then was told I would have to pay to have them balanced every time I came in, and I explained how it made no sense to pay over $100 each time. The manager didnt know what to say and then explained that all I wanted was the lifetime balancing on my tires. They took the truck in and started work on the tires, and I watched the manager leave. Shortly after someone came in and refunded my money and explained that they dont do lifetime balancing on 37" tires and if I wanted to speak to the manager I would have to come back tomorrow. (I guess he didnt want to deal with anything so instead of checking up on my service he went home) Worst service, worst shop never use them!

My experience here in Vegas is not so good....but this place make me feel in my country because they was so amazing and carefully with us . Brasileiros...recomendo Este Lugar . Fomos tratados com respeito na firestone!!!!!!....que nao aconteceu com o guincho...towning 777 ....cuidado

I was really impressed with the customer service. They were really helpful and quick. My favorite part was that they were really honest and didnt push the unneeded fixes like is often experienced at repair places.
