I normally try to stay away from NAPA but I bought a battery from them a couple of years ago(the battery I had died in their parking lot and thats I why bought it)and it DIED on Friday and I was literally dreading going to NAPA and was considering just going to Wally World and buying a new battery. I ended walking in at NAPA, An employee tested the battery, told me it was dead and charged me the prorated fee and gave me a new battery. Out of all the auto parts stores Im not sure why NAPA is the only on that charges the prorated fee.

Very bad. On May 18, 2017, I entered this store and the two employees who were at the counter, who were on the phone, didnt even looked at me. I waited for 10 minutes and they didnt pay any attention to me as a customer. I dont know if this was because I am Mexican. So, I left the store without buyIng the battery for my Suburban. Auto Zone got the sale. Worst customer service I have found among auto parts stores.

Had my hard to find part, bought part with no fanfare, part worked as expected. There is not much elee you should expect from your auto parts dealer. NAPA Auto Parts, keeping thr fluff to a minimum because your probably a dude who appreciates that.

Will never buy batteries there ever again. Must keep paper receipt as they do not store your info in the system. Theyll pro-rate a battery even if less than a year old. Stick to Autozone or Oreillys better warranties on their batteries.

The guy at the counter only said four words to me the whole time he helped me, never even looked me in the eye or smiled. Did not say thank you or goodbye or have a nice day. He just turned around and started talking to his co-workers.

Walked into this place and the staff there gave me excellent customer service.. They helped me find EXACTLY the brake pads I was looking for and they even made a few special orders for me to help me modify my mustang! OUTSTANDING
