Moved from California a few weeks ago, my Avalanche had an oil leak and a transmission fluid leak. I let them know that the truck had to be on an incline to detect the transmission fluid leak, otherwise they wouldnt see it. a days later I received a call and was told they found the cause of the leak. It would cost $1100 for the oil pan and transmission pan leak repair. Seemed a bit high, but I approved the repairs. picked the truck up a day later, the next morning, I notice I had the same transmission fluid leak and two new oil leaks. I took the truck back. A day later I was told that they found the cause of the transmission leak, but the lack the capability to repair it. HMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!, but I paid you to find it and repair it. Long story short I now have to take the vehicle to Aamco to get a seal replaced. What a rip off, if they listened to me in the begining, which I believe they did, they should have simply said we found the leak but cant fix it, go here instead. they chose to charge me a bunch of money for stuff I apparently didnt need and then suggest that go else where to fix the original problem. Very disappointed in these folks. suggest you go elsewhere. Official complaints to "BBB" and others will follow

We have had our oil changes here, multiple times without any negative experiences, however, our last visit included an inspection because our vehicle had a high speed wobble and was pulling to the right. Meineke called us several hours later and indicated we needed a new rack and pinion steering unit at approximately $1000 cost. We took our vehicle to Toyota for a second opinion. Toyota indicated that our tires were dry rotting and this was causing our handling issues. We then took our vehicle to a third business for the installation of new tires. It turned out that the Toyota assessment was correct and that we in fact needed new tires and not a new rack & pinion. This could have been an expensive, unnecessary repair if we didnt look into the matter further. Im not impugning Meinekes reputation but wanted to share our personal experience. Except for this single incident, we have received good service from Meineke

I was having the worst time getting an honest estimate for replacing my fuel pump on my car.. I got quotes from 4 different shops ranging from $600-$1,100 they all looked at my car and verified that my pump was bad, supposedly! I called Auto Tech and The Manager Billy was so nice. He offered to look at my car for free and give me a ride home if repairs were needed. I took my car in for a quick look and the Mechanic came back within minutes and found that my fuel pump was just fine. Come to find out, I only had a bad relay.. Billy got right on the phone, ordered the relay, and within 20 minutes I had my car back and only had to pay $47 for the part.. I will never take my car to anyone else.. These guys are truly a blessing. They took care of me and treated me like family, not to mention they saved me over $600.. Dont change a thing Auto Tech, you are the lamb amongst all the wolves..

Had a groupon for a oil change decided to try out this location , left happy . Service was good they got to me right away. I returned at the time the estimated had a chat about my car it was very casual the guy wasnt pushing or over exaggerating anything that was wrong with my car. Then my car was finished. As I was about to drive away the guy from inside came running out giving me some coupons! Awesome will deff return again . I had just spoke to my mechanic previously on the problems with me car everything he had mentioned was on the inspection sheet that I got at the end of my visit . Just went back to get a oil change on my impala 12 had the groupon they said it would make it 60$ because it required the higher grade oil , left annoyed that the guy kept repeating it to me I understand what he was saying , went down the street to another location got it for under $20

You know its funny how people always like pointing fingers at someone else. mechanics do make mistakes were human an i know this so after any thing i have done to my vehicle i double check over everything that way i can catch right then and there and not play dumb or stupid like some of these customers who just are to lazy to do this or looking for and excuse to get something fixed for free when it wasnt the shops fault. With any shop you might have a issuses just take your time to double check an avoid headaches because the longer you wait to address this issuse the shop will more likely blow it off cause they do get scammed so there try to walk a fine line to keep everyone one happy because of a few aholes that reiun it for us all

Beware of bait and switch. Dont trust whatever they say and especially any quote made verbally over phone or in person. Wasted good part of my time because of this. Not only they lie, they actually make fun of customers believing their word in the first place. Arguing over this was getting ridiculous so I was leaving and this manager guy said to me "You didnt even give me your address". I didnt know what that meant at the time. I declined to give them my address because I just didnt want to get spams in my mailbox. It was just weird that he brought it up completely tangent. But now I suspect this is a kind of threat thrown at me probably thinking I may hide something and he can do something about it if he knows my address?

Sure, customer service was great but they charged for work THEY NEVER DID. They said they replaced battery and connectors. Popped hood a day later and saw the original battery with old rusted connectors. Never went back but had a bunch of work done with them previously. Now when I get something replaced or repaired, the guys at the new place I go to show how work was never done. Of course its too late to prove any of this now, and they ran away with 3K of my money while my car just sat there. Contemplated calling Better Business Bureau on these thieves.

I love this business and staff. Every time Ive been there, theyve been extremely respectful and helpful and are honest about the work they perform and suggest. Even on a busy Saturday mid-morning, it only takes about 30-40 minutes to get an oil change completed on my vehicle. They have a great lobby (clean, too!) with couches and a TV to relax and catch up on the news while you wait. Make sure you check your junk mail for coupons which will help you save about $10-15 on an oil change.

I had been a customer for some time, until they seriously botched an oil change by not replacing the oil cap. As an imperferct person myself, I can accept mistakes, provided they are acknowleged and fixed. In this case, there were no apologies offered--just a surly attitude by the manager (Tabitha). They couldnt even clean up the mess it made and then tried to charge me for their work for remedy their errors. Business must be good if they dont need to worry about customer service.
