My daughter has a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. The battery died, and after I got her car started, we stopped here about 7pm for a battery. The girl behind the counter ws very nice and checked the system, and confirmed the battery was shot. We found a battery in stock, and bought it. Everything to now was perfect. The Pontiac has a brace from the radiator support to the fender over the top of the battery, and the girl said she couldnt install the battery due to the brace. There were 3 bolts holding the beace in, i asked what if i take it out for the install? So we took the battry out and i used their tools to remove the brace. The girl then started taking the cables off the old battery and went back in the store for something and didnt come back out. My daughter and I went back in tge store, and the Mgr said she wasnt supposed to do the install. I said you mean you wait till she gets in the middle, and make her dtop?? Wtf? He says the brace. I said she didnt remove it, I did, so whats the problem? He said we arent a shop, we cant be responsible. I said again that I removed it, she didnt. I was responsible. He fidnt want her doing the install, so in the.middle , I had to finish the install. Really pissed me off.

Just got back from Autozone and being helped by a nice young man named Marshone. I was amazed at how helpful he was, he went out of his way to help us and was very pleasant and professional to deal with. We needed to have the check engine light diagnostics ran on a used car we just bought, and not only did he run the diagnostics, but he printed out the codes AND their possible causes, AND then showed us the parts that could be at fault AND their locations on our car AND looked up the prices for us. Because one of the codes could only be accessed from a dealer or someone having the same kind of access, he referred us to a local mechanic. All in all, superior service, the kind you only encounter rarely! We only bought oil and anti-freeze so its not like we were pressured into buying anything else. Well definitely be returning to this Autozone!

On hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, had enough time to drive there once I got in the parking lot they finally answered the phone. Ask them if they had my automotive battery in stock he told me he would check and placed me on hold again, went inside the store Walter the store manager was servicing me and was standing there doing nothing while I waited on hold on the phone finally I asked him in person whether or not he had my battery in stock and he said yes, I did purchased it but it seems like whenever I call this store Im always put on hold for a very long time not impressed with the store management at this location.

Morning manager is a very rude lady. Over a simple $10 transaction which happened to be a price match requested by very polite associate the store has lost my business and that day a $180 sale. Im sure she was unaware that the other associate and I had history as customer versus employee relationship for over 2 years and after a comment that she had made an attitude that she gave this review is based solely on her performance as a manager. Otherwise the store itself and the rest of the team deserve a much higher rating.

I wish to personally thank both Anthony and Adam for all of their help. Anthony spent a good part of an hour trying to help me get my convertible top to work. I am handicapped so I could not reach the address necessary. Adam also was very helpful in Beijing me rule out some of the problems. Had I gone too a mechanic that would have cost me a nice chunk of money for the diagnostic fee. Sincerely, Kenny P.

I was there from out of town and needed some wiper blades so I went in to Auto Zone and bought some after in the parking lot a very nice man by the name of Ronee Duran was there working. I dont think he was part of the parts department but he was part of Auto Zone, came over and with a smile on his face said, May I help you install your wipers....and in no time I was on my way...that young man was so nice.

Stupid Manager I went to get some spark plugs that was going to take me 5 min to do. Had a trailer hooked up to my truck and the manager told me to go park in the back wich was pointless since there was no custimers inside and the amount of time i was going to leave. I dont know what kind of stupid manager he was if i was the only customer and he couldnt even help me out.

On top of incompetence the creepy looking black dude with the name tag that says Marshone is in the aisles snapping pix of womens backsides..while the chaos at the register keeps the attention off of him. Does he do this on a daily basis while he works? What a nasty creep. Marshone control yourself ; you are an embarrassment to the company.
