Worst service ever!! I went in today around 2:30pm and the man that helped me at the front desk was completely rude and he skipped me twice!!! When he finally helped me he gave me a very bad attitude when I asked for help and told me "I should know what I want next time I come in" seriously??? I know nothing about cars and thats why I went there to get the help I needed but they just made me feel dumb, not going back there again....

Hector and another gentleman that works there (Im sorry I forgot to ask his name) helped me change my windshield wipers in the rain. I have a two year old with me and have no clue how to do anything with cars. One of my windshield wipers broke this morning while driving. I pulled into the auto zone crossing my fingers someone could help me. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Went to purchase a brake light bulb and was ask if there was anything else they could do. I jokingly mentioned to Bryan that he could change it for me and WOW he did. I am so impressed. It is not often that customer service extends in this way. I will not hesitate to return to this AutoZone for my future needs. Thank you Bryan. Hope your future is wonderful.

Service was great. Got recommended to Advanced Auto LLC and was serviced by a guy named Tony. I drove from Canada for a holiday and was concerned after the long road trip down. He diagnosed my vehicle for FREE. Excellent and honest service. I would reccommend AutoZone and Especially Advanced Auto.

I use this Autozone all the time . They are extremely helpful and friendly. Also they back their products . No question returns . The only reason I didnt give it five stars is I was sent home with the wrong part once.
