After another auto parts store said they ordered a part for me but didnt, I turned to Autozone to get the part I needed to get my car fixed this weekend. I first spoke to a woman on the phone that was very helpful and knowledgeable but I had to call back with more information in order to ensure they had the correct part in stock. When I got they she and another employee got me what I needed quickly. They both gave above and beyond customer service and I left more than satisfied.

Miss Behaved

I wouldnt have even gave this store a one, but I had to put something to get here.. they cost me my job.. I stopped in this store needed my battery recharged, waited 2 hrs only to get stranded a couple of miles down the road because the employee that supposedly charged it, in fact did not. And therefore I lost my job for not showing up..

Excellent service. You get a sense that they really want to help you. Was trying to find some ac parts. They spent 15 mins looking then suggested amazon to find the parts. Bought a new starter here as well. Car starts up like new again! You return the old part for cash back which is nice. Got $30 back for turning my old starter in!

Customer service was sub par. People want to feel welcome in the establishment, not like a bother. Went in to get replacement windshield wipers for 2 cars and service was almost non-existent. **There was one employee who was outside helping customers install wipers, but the two inside will keep my rating as a 2 star.**

Do not try to charge your battery here, even it is free. The staff told me my battery was completely dead, since it didn’t get charged after two hour’s “charge”. She recommend me to buy a battery in autozone. Finally, I bought a battery charger from walmart, and my battery get charged. So far, so good.

I bought new car batteries at this place and had excellent experience. The customer service guy was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of various batteries available and installed the battery for me for free. Highly recommend this shop !!
