I called today to get a price quote on front axles for my car. David answered the phone and was not friendly at all. I had all my information available, (like year, make, model, abs/no abs, transmission). I told him I needed two front axles for a 1989 Toyota Celica and before I could finish telling him that it was a GT, Manual Transmission, no ABS or AWD, he mumbled hold on and put me on hold for a couple minutes. He came back and said they were $47.89 each. I asked him how much the exchange was and he said $51.00. Then I asked if these were for the GT, ST, GTS? He said it didn’t matter. I’ve worked in three different parts stores for total of around ten years. There IS a difference in axles depending on transmission type, engine size, antilock braking systems or no abs, type of model such as GT, ST, GTS, (the GTS was an all wheel drive model so obviously the axles are different)! (Five minutes later after I typed this) I called back and spoke with Gabriel and got treated completely different. He was friendly and asked the appropriate questions. I don’t need things sugar coated for me. All I request is experienced countermen and if you don’t have that, then make up for it in friendliness. Don’t be a stupid jerk (literally). Don’t go to NAPA! They are always overpriced and what used to be reliable service turned to doo doo.

I called inquiring about a fuel injector for a dodge ram hemi- I figured that the employee would ask me any questions he needed to know (i.e. year, engine size...etc). He began with asking me the year and continued on to look up the price. He stopped and ask, "are you sure youre not talking about a dodge caravan?". Umm? Im sure I was clear that it was a dodge RAM HEMI. I clarified-and he snapped back with "well, what size is the engine". I answered and he replied with "well, if were talking about the right part, the fuel engine is $65 (or something like that). This call was so insulting-I had all the information he needed to look up the part I needed and he comes at me with some grand caravan bull and continued to make me feel like I was confused about what I was calling for. Yes, I am a woman calling for a auto part price! Surprised? I expected a professional on the other end of the line and what I got was misogynist. I will never bring my business here!

Clean and well lit. Common maintenance items and fluids line the shelves, which are neatly arranged. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you find the parts or accessories you need. This is the ONLY place I could find a double key ring with a quick connect between them...I dont like too many keys hanging off my ignition. ...the older gentleman working there went upstairs to find me one!
