Was unable to help me purchase universal joints.... very simple, replaceable parts you would think they have a tool they could use to be able to look up the wheelbase to determine what kind you need. The guy didnt care at all on actually helping me look it up. There was no one in there so I wasnt holding up any line or anything. I was about to purchase $150 in a carrier bearing, u joints, and a few other random parts. But no, he didnt want to help so I will be purchasing elsewhere.

I just came back from Auto-Zone, and had a good expirance . The manager Luis assist me with my Battery needs. He had a co worker check & test mine , turns out it needed to be replaced. But he went a step feature , he looked up my last purchase and found that it was still under warranty . He replaced it , true Servece. Yes I will recommend Auto Zone simply for the kind service and help . I also would like to think Christian for doing the work .

I was driving back to Palm Springs on a trip around the Salton Sea when my battery light came on. I stopped at Auto Zone and they helped me diagnose my problem and then gave me a hand when I had to install my replacement battery in the wheel well (I had a cable blocking my access which I couldnt see laying down). Really appreciated their help. Not used to the 110 temperature (Im from Washington State) and was they were able to help me out.

I was in last night to make a purchase, I looked around the store and I found what I was looking for, for a great price I took the item to the front to pay for it! When it was scanned a different price came up, it was more expensive, the autozone rep said dont worry we will Honor the price that was on the sticker! Thank you autozone rep! I will return for sure!!
