Store 2784 needs a mass improvement in customer service and attention to detail. I went in with my 2 yr old son to purchase a foot of fuel line. There were only two managers running the show. The male whom I couldnt read his name badge due to it being so worn and old was very rude, uncourteous, and a complete wreck. The gentleman in front of me was addressed by this man only to walk away and go outside. Later when he came back he asked whom was next the gentleman in front of me replied "I am" and asked what do you need. He needed his battery checked and the other manager had stepped out side to check someone elses battery at the time. He told the customer she is outside with a customer once she comes back in she will take care of you...Next! he stated. I went up and told him I need a hose for a fuel line, he asked fuel injector or regular fuel line? I thought are you serious? I had the piece of old hose in my hand and showed it to him. He took it and left for the hose. He came back answered the phone and began attending to another customer on the phone. When he got off the phone he asked me again what do you need? Wow! AutoZone really needs to offer some stress relief to these mindless slaves that are overworked. Hope AutoZone invests in its employees and shows that they do care about their people and not about all the money rolling in. I will not be coming back to this store, I happened to be in the area and that is why I stopped. This manager who helped me is an older man with glasses and is missing some hair probably due to all the stress.

As advertised by corporate you can BARROW a tool for a repair. As a long standing customer Ive experienced this service back in NE Ohio, along with assistance from the clerk. At times takiing a small tool of the display. Today I discovered a hex head screw on a wheel cover that was loose. Its a new vehicle but being Sunday I new service at the dealership would be closed. So I headed over to the Litchfield Auto zone. I asked the clerk if I could barrow a set of Allen wrenches...not knowing if it was metric or standard. He proceeded to look through a shoebox and said," we dont have one to barrow". So $10.00 later I tighten the screw. Nice.. great customer service.

I came here after being disgusted with them location on Indian School and 105th Avenue. What a difference. The location on Indian School and 105th Avenue has horrible customer service. Everyone there is less including the manager. The few times that I went there everyone did everything to get out of helping me with questions and checking out my battery in my car. As soon as I stop my foot in the door of this Litchfield facility it was very apparent to see the difference between crappy customer service and excellent customer service. I commend everyone at the Litchfield location and give them a five star.

So I came here looking to see if they had a diodes for my car. Just to see if they can look it up and give me a price check and the PM Liz O (short skinny mexic gangster looking girl) blankly looked at me said they wouldnt carry parts for my car unless I call the dearler and ask for a part number she tells me this without looking up on their system, just straight up tells me this.... I swear very rude and unprofessional customer services, I dunno why I even come to this store if their employer cant look up something for me.... I would give this a nagative star but that option isnt available...

These guys suck I have been here twice both times I have asked about the part I am looking for the first time the guy said I dont know it could be over there any points to the opposite side of the store which did not help at all the second time I asked where the part is the guy said I dont like using these computers but if we had it in stock it would be on that aisle at least this time it got narrowed down to one aisle these people are lazy and rather talk with coworkers behind the counter then actually help people I will drive four miles further to go to Pep Boys

Freddy Z was more than helpful, he went above and beyond to help us change out a light instead of going somewhere and being charged an hours pay for 15 minutes of work. He got it done fast and cheap. Highly recommend this location.
