went in for alignment because one tire was wearing exessively. (tires are 16 months old michelins) advertised price: $ 65 price for me: $165 estimated wait: 1-2 hrs wait for me: 3 hrs warranty "guarantee": 5yr / 50k mile warranty to me: *not honored* (refused), unless I buy a set of 4 tires from them. Not told this till after I paid. aftermath: black smelly greasemarks on my rugs, car pulls slightly to right now when it never did before, steering wheel is off center to the left when it wasnt before, car is less stable and wanders at freeway speeds when it never did before, asked for tire rotation, they only switched 2 of the 4 tires, cant say Im too surprised, between the cheesy appearance of the shop and snakeoil huckster carsales double-talk I should have known better, but id hoped I was wrong. Dont go here unless you want to overpay to have your BMW drive like a buick. only gave 2 stars because this kind of poor service is such a cliche that its unfortunately all too common. PS I know cars; I used to be a factory test driver for a major automaker.

The manager, Matt, is very professional. I have also worked with LaRon. He is great with customer service too. I had a problem with my power steering. It was leaking. After a mechanic diagnosed my problem, the manager wanted to show me the problem before they started on the work. I couldnt make it back down, but when I picked up my car, I was shown the parts. I felt very good about the service, and my car works great. Everyone was nice and friendly. The store was clean. I liked it here so much, I took my husbands car in today. I will definitely go back. I was really surprised with the negative reviews, but I was told the place was under a different management before. This makes sense because I experienced nothing but fantastic customer service here. Great experience with my husbands car too! The last place stripped a nut during an oil change and it was leaking. Tire Works fixed it with the oil change. You have to try it. Ask for Matt or LaRon.

PLEASE READ!!! I have never received more of a dishonest service! I took my car in for a lateral vibration and they told me I needed new control arms. So I gave them $630 and they put these parts on my car saying it would fix the problem. I drove my car away and the vibration was WORSE! So I took it back and they said that the control arms werent the problem, the root cause was in the transfer case to the transmission, which they could not work on and said I needed to take it to another place. So I asked for a refund and my old parts put back on the car and they offered me more service at 50% off!!! of course I wasnt going to give them any more money. I did some research online and found an OUTSTANDING auto shop with 5 star rating from EVERY person that went there, and sure enough, this place was great! Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else and save some money!!!

Very typical experience, Im not surprised that this happened. I dropped my car off just for an oil change. I then received a call about an hour later because they supposedly found other problems with my car: battery was dying, steering fluid was low, etc. and that it would run me about another $300. I politely told them no over the phone and went to pick up my car. I then took it to Checker Auto Parts where they ran a test on the battery. It passed at 100%, it is a perfect battery. Tire Works even gave me a printed result from their test that read "New Battery Strongly Recommended" and the guys at Checker were passing it around laughing. As for the steering fluid, it was low, so the guy sold me a bottle for $2.50 and even refilled it for me. It just sucks because I didnt have time for this today. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they were very friendly.

********DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/THESE SHEISTERS******** I saw an ad on tv for buy 2 get 2 tires free. Usually Im a died-in-the-wool Discount Tire fan but called just to if it was legit. I was quoted $661 out the door and was told to come in the next morning for install. When I showed up, I was given a final for $750. When I questioned why the difference, I was told "taxes". I then questioned how it was $90 worth of taxes and after some hem-hawing around he said, "Oh, shop fees also". Come on man!! I couldnt have been more explicit over the phone for a all-in quote. Amazing how the reviews of how TWorks shady business practices are accurate. I tried to look past all of the negative reviews but TWorks proved them right. I should have known better than to stray from Discount Tire. BTW, TWorks didnt earn my business that day.

Dont go here!!! Worst tire buying experience Ive had in all my 39 years. When I walked in the guy at the counter was on the phone talking to someone about how his wife had to have some shirt dry cleaned. He continued BS-ing for 5 minutes while I and another customer waited. Then I was lied to about how long it would take. A few hours later my car which only needed a single tire replaced was still not done and it was past closing time for the shop. Then the guy had the nerve to complain that he was losing money because his guys were working overtime. Like he did me a favor! If I wouldnt have had my tire rapidly going flat, I would have have gone somewhere else... but I was stuck there. : ( I should have driven on my rim somewhere else... dont make the same mistake I did!!!

Installed wrong tire size on my 2005 bmw 545i even though I had the custom tire and wheel on, they stated they put on the correct size that showed on their computer model. I have custom 19 inch M6 wheels and they put on incorrect sizes on my rears made my car lean in a forward stance. They said it would not affect the stance and balance or cause issues. They were adamant that its whats on the computer but I told them I had 19 custom wheels and needed a lower profile tire to get to the 18 inch stock height. After all that arguing I got a message that they were wrong and should have replaced the tires with the sizes that were on there already. I was so fed up I never contacted them again. This was about 2 years ago so hopefully management has changed.

Needed them to lathe 2 brake drums. They told me they would be done in 1.5 hrs, I waited and did homework in the lobby. Chimed in 1.5 hours later, they forgot about it. So then they started and were done in like 30 minutes. I had taken the drums off previously with my Dad, who was a mechanic (but doesnt have a lathe), and inspected it and realized that it was the only thing making my brakes squeak. My brake pads were brand new. Anyways I got the car back, they charged me like $60, they told me I should buy new ones, my brakes were squeaking again driving out of the parking lot, I checked them again and I dont even think they tried. I should have just asked to rent their machine lol
