We were passing through on our way back to Colorado and decided to get some grab and go food made by the Hy-Vee deli and heat it up on our rooms. It was delicious and we were very impressed with the Store overall. We visited a Hy-Vee in Muscatine, IA on this trip also and were impressed with that store too. I am originally from Iowa and explained to my wife that Hy-Vee is an employee owned store. In Colorado were we live there is nothing like this. Just large chain stores and Wal-Marts. I really think the employees take pride in their work and that makes all the difference. Keep it up and please come to Colorado and open up a store. :-)

IMPRESSIVE, HUGE, VARIETY. 3 words that right away describe this. I dont think there is a store within a 50 mile radius that matches the caliber of this store. A huge seafood counter, a very large deli, a cake decorating station and so much more. The first time I set foot in this store It was hard to grasp just what I walked into. I can find so much more then what the "supercenter down the block" has. Checkout lines are okay, but just the selection that they have for everything is worth stopping in. Its an experience that is unforgettable. pricewise, they are not too steep so I cannot complain.

Good resources at the wedding consultation for finding out about different types of flowers and greenery. Very helpful. The florist I talked to discouraged me from using some flowers because of their price, which could be helpful or off-putting depending on the situation. I also found that this florist used unprofessional language in emails (spelling bouquet, bokay for example). She did tell me that Hy-Vee florists go to the wedding site on the day of and are able to rearrange flowers or create arrangements that were forgotten, which I think would be very helpful and stress-reducing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE HyVee. I prefer to shop at HyVee than anywhere else in town. Things might be a few cents higher but their selection is so much better for almost everything. Theres almost always someone in every isle to help you find things. Their flowers last for over a week. Their wine and beer selection is outstanding. The kitchen food is delicious. Ive actually had them cater before and it was great. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Definitely the best place in town.

Great food bar selection for a super deal. Some of the salad bar items like the macaroni salad were dried out on top and look a bit aged. I had no problem with the taste or digestion with the items I ate which is a plus because I have a sensitive digestion system now. People were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are spread out around the store unlike the Kearney Hy-Veeswhich has over 6 bathrooms up front by the service desk.

Have always been happy with this store. The employees have been helpful and I like that they have a division for the health food conscious people. It is nice and big plenty of room in the isles for people to walk thru going both ways. The checkout people have always been great. The last time I was in there I really enjoyed the young man that checked me out. He made me smile on the way out.

Hy-Vee has a great selection, wide isles, very clean and even employees ready to assist you. Unfortunately, this store is the most expensive grocery store in Grand Island NE. Their prices are as much as 30% higher than their competitors. I do shop here when I was a specific br a ND of product but I also expect it to cost me more

Horrid,went to eat at buffet and granted they are building the cafeteria area into a new area restraunt but the seating area they have now is horrible and the food was terrible. Salad bar was good but thats it. Sitting at table and people shopping around you and bumping into you with carts,just ridiculous. Will never go back.

Great store, Im from out of town but love to shops in your store, can find anything which our store doesnt have. Great meat selection, and fresh. A great selection of most everything. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Very friendly and always there to help if you need it. Awesome wish you were here.

Beautiful store that is well organized and clean. They have a great restaurant that serves delicious brunch on Sunday and had great deals throughout the week. They also have quick service food that tastes great. Their deli and bakery always have great fresh food.

The Asles Online program is my salvation! I hate shopping! It is bad enough if they dont hide things, but all stores do! Place the order online, choose pickup time and they are there waiting for me. They deliver too, have not tried that yet! Wonderful service!

The employees are very friendly and happy to help. It is neat and clean and they offer a selection that other stores do not have. The Hy-Vee dining experience offers fresh food and great service, which is also speedy, without sacrificing cleanliness.

It is pretty expensive for the most part, but if you know to look for specials and benefit from the fuel saver program, it is very much worth it. They have the best gas in town. They keep a clean facility. They support the Huskers!

Prices are higher then other stores, but with the fuel savor and then the specials it evens out. They have a great selection of some hard to find products. And the remodeled restaurant is really good even if it is over priced.

Best grocery store! The variety is great, the service is nice, and everything is fresh. ESPECIALLY good for singles and small families. Price is higher, but lot less waste. Try their baking stone bread - yummy!

Enjoy the all you can eat buffet here, many of the freshly cooked foods you often dont find at other grocery stores, and a section by the pharmacy that has an excellent selection of nutrition items!

I love this store. You can always find a good deal on something you need or want. I really like the fresh veggie and fruit selection and the meats are great.
