This one star is not for the staff, I have been going to this location for years and they are always great! This one star is for the store manager. I just called to schedule my eye exam and have never been treated so rudely, come to find out I was speaking with the store manager. Wow when I asked to talk to someone else she said well your speaking with the manager, and when I said Ill just call another LensCrafters she said ok good click. I feel sorry for the staff there :(

Received great customer service while I was there. Jamie was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting my husband and I purchase glasses, even though I didnt plan on getting any! :) keep up the great work
