Best place in town... Thorough eye exam - wow didnt realize my vision had changed so much! Its nice to see clearly again!... Had to try several different contact lenses due to my vision and had several appointments to recheck them and sent many samples home - he took the time to make sure they were right! Dr Jeff even came out and gave advice on the frames I was looking at. Mark the office manager is really nice and personable. He is also great with frames and knowing what looks are in and what looks good on you. The biggest things - you never feel rushed and you never feel like you are being pointed to the most expensive items - they point you toward what is best for your vision and your face and they give you the time you deserve! :)

I am so frustrated with Key City Vision. After 3 eye exams and 3 different lenses in my glasses, I still do not have a pair of bifocals. First pair of glasses: Dr. wrote down wrong prescription for lens, had to reorder lenses. Second pair of glasses: long distance vision was fuzzy, had to reorder lenses. Third pair of glasses: Dr. Manternach said the lens company put in the wrong lens. Did NOT reorder. Dr. refunded my money for frames and lens. Office was clean and staff was friendly. Just too many mistakes. Shop for bifocals elsewhere.

My wife just purchased single vision glasses here, and had a great experience, with wonderful selection of frames. I had a very thorough examination by staff and Dr. Jeff; fully explaining each test as it was being performed. Prices are in line with other offices, and they offer further discounts for additional pairs. The office is clean, with a contemporary decor, and very well organized. Only negative, and a very minor one, is no off-street parking. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Key City to everyone. Eye exams went really well and they were great with our kids (even though the littlest one didnt get an exam she had tons of questions and the Doctor was very patient with her)! Glasses selection was awesome and had a lot of practical but also fun and trendy glasses to choose.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are there to help you in any way possible. They asked what I was looking to spend and what style i was looking for and pulled out around 5 pairs of glasses that all fit the criteria. Great experience, I recommend Key City to anyone that asks where I go.

very helpful staff and dr jeff uses latest equipment available for exams. What i liked most is they honor the tearms of my insurance and don;t try to force u into frames and lenses that cost hundreds of dollars more than what is covered like many oif the chain stores. try them you wont be sorry.
