My wife went by herself and got a almost 300 dollar radio/installation/etc for our car. The next day i go to drive the car and the AM/FM stations constantly cut out in certain areas. I call them myself and make an appointment to take our car in. When I get there I wait 30 minutes while they "fix" it and when they are done and come talk to me the employee said it was something to do with a a factory defect in our antenna, and they "think" they fixed the problem. Then they told me the AM stations still would not come in clearly and they also told me I could use Iheartradio bluetooth radio and I would not have to "worry" about the AM/FM stations if the antenna was not fixed and the stations still dont work. Seriously? I did not appreciate them price gouging and taking advantage of my wife, and I did not appreciate paying almost 300 bucks on on a radio that had not worked right from day one. I also do not understand why if it was a factory defect they would not replace it. I was also watching two of their employees while I was sitting and waiting, and one employee had a male customer and the employee was continuously over-talking him and continuously leading him over to the more expensive products on the display. There was a second female customer I then saw with another worker and he was talking to her as if she was in 1st grade and trying to OVERSALE her on a speaker she wanted even though she had said no and she needed a cheaper one. DO NOT GO HERE! I strongly advise finding somewhere else to get your mobile electronics. I suck at confrontations and will not be going back there for anything.

I bought a Kenwood stereo and some speakers to install myself. I also bought the install kit to make it proper. Stereo worked great dir almost 3 wks then it quit. I went back to the store and the salesman Boogy that originally helped and was so friendly somwhow had been replaced wirh a man with an attitude and told me my vehicle had lost power to the accessories wire and 45.00 they would check it out. I opted to do this myself. After investigating I found that was not the problem so I called and spoke w Boogy, he was not friedly and after arguing with me finally said he would check out the stereo and show me it worked and my vehicle was the problem. We took the unit over and they tried to bkame us for a self install and finally found it was the stereo unit and then honor the warranty needless to say I will never be going back there for another item. I will be goung to the place on Sunshine and Grant.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not will not give you your money back only a STORE CREDIT. Of course, they have a sign which they conveniently cover up at the front desk with another advertisement. There is also one well below eye level which no few will notice. You are not told this at the time of purchase either. I have NEVER been to a store in the United States which operates this policy. So even if you return something which does not fit, will not suit the purpose for which you intend it (even if they misrepresented it when you purchased it), you have lost the initial purpose and must spend it with them. WHAT A RIP OFF. Got a credit card for the amount of purchase but will NEVER go into the store again. Plan of giving it away to someone else.

We came to carfi to buy our son something for his birthday. He thought they would have what he was looking for. The salesman asked if he could help him and our son (19) explained what he was looking for. The guy didnt even look at him. Then the salesman started correcting what he was telling him. Talking over our boy. He looked in a product case, said nope dont have it! Never looked at him or tried to recommend anything. Mr. Sales guy was done. While standing there waiting (son) got shoulder checked by another sales guy who had his lunch and was obviously in too big of a hurry to have manners. Terrible customer service! Never ever will we go back there.

Clearly they salespeople work on commision. The guy who "helped" us had no clue about most of the products he was supposed to be selling and of course always pointed us to the most expensive option available. Their 75% off sale was the same price as everyone elses regular price. Im sure they do a much better job of installation than the geek squad but if you just want the hardware look elsewhere.

WOW!! Andre and his staff at CAR-FI are truelly amaizing at what they do! I took my son in the showroom to get some ideas for a birthday gift and met Andre. From the excellent customer service to the knowledge of the products & the flawless install that was done in the same day!! I would definatly recomend anyone that is in the market for tunes to go to CAR-FI!!!

I had a keyless entry/remote start installed that my wife got me for Christmas. Very good guys here, and was helpful in fixing issues I had with my vehicle. They were fast to start, dropped it off at 9am and they were done by 10:30am. Couldnt believe the speedy service and just how they excel above the rest. I will return for more!

Horrible service !!! Scheduled an appointment because they asked for more time to troubleshoot rear speakers....got the car back...asked why rear speakers arent working? Ummm I dont know was the reply i got....really I dont know!!!! tell me something anything . ill take it to creative or competitive audio....maybe they will know.

I had a stereo I needed installed and Jared is who took care of me and got me in the same day, I dont have many days I can work around and Jared was able to accommodate the same day and had my system in a few hours. Great customer service is what I look for and I will definitely recommend Carfi to my friends and family!!

Horrible customer service,my salesman was getting speakers for me and I asked question to 2 others working front desk and while they were playing with there own phones with no other customers in building neither would answer any questions or even bother to help.I wont return or ever recommend.

Specifically bought 2 rockford p3 12s in a box after blowing them 3 times and Just assuming too much power each time I just renewed the warranty on them. After smoking one for a fourth time I opened the box to find the wires taped together and also a wire completely missing. Unacceptable.

They are have sneaky staff if u dont pay attention to how they install your system they will have u coming back to have the same issue fixed of course pay a shop fee again then they will try to make u buy more equipment....they are a complete rip off and they pray on wemon customers.

Staff is rude and not very helpful. Not to mention theyre prices are outrageous. Even the prices at the big warehouse sales they have, with the annoying radio commercials, are high too. Ive spent a lot of money there and will no longer be shopping there.
